I ordered an Arrangment on Friday the 6th which I confirmed for delivery on Mother's Day. After the order was not delivered, I attempted to call and was not able to reach the store. The next day I called again and I was told the order would be delivered by 5 oclock that day. After the order did not make it that day, I called corporate, and after filing a complaint there I also asked to speak to a manager and was told it would be about 20 minutes and then was hung up on and the corporate office then closed. I called back teh next day only to sity on hold for over an hour and a half, and only got ahold of someone by calling again. The supervisor I spoke to put in a new complaint and told me that she would also send the complaint to upper managment who would contact me within 24 hours, it has now been 3 days since, I have filed another complaint at the corporate level, which again was sent to upper managment, and have still not recieved my order or any communication from upper managment, or any form of compensation. The only solution I have been given to this problem is a full refund, however my order was meant to be a mothers day present and is now a week late. Not only has mothersday been ruined for my family, my mother is feeling terrible as my sister, her daughter just got married and we found out through ********* and she had emergency surgery.
