I completed an at home assessment on May 30 2024 I was advised at 1st 6 weeks I will receive 2500 reward points which is equivalent to ****** after 6 weeks nothing call back was told 14 to 16 weeks nothing. I get something different every time I call in. The *** said there no claim from a provider but it's was a providr I was to ton email the rewards department they told me am better o have had ambetter and the company who completed the assessment on the line and they confirmed they sent it twice. I received a letter stating at 14 to 16 weeks and sup said she didn't see it the last *** told me I had to do work online before I could see it. I did what I was supposed to do but I'm still getting the run around since May of 2024Business response

I have been awaiting several prescriptions listed as approved by Ambetter of Alabama for a duration of one month. The communication with English-speaking customers by ********************** representatives, particularly those of Indian descent, has been challenging. There has been a prolonged delay in receiving my medications. This is my second review, prompted by my initial struggle to obtain the medication, which was initially misdirected to the wrong insurance company and subsequently entangled in a protracted process involving my primary care physician and the insurance company. Upon contacting Ambetter, I encountered a customer service representative whose communication was hindered by what appeared to be a lack of understanding or an inability to comprehend my concerns. Subsequently, I requested to speak with a supervisor and was met with persistent interruptions until I raised my voice, eventually reaching a supervisor proficient in English. Regrettably, the conversation concluded with the supervisor terminating the call, seemingly evading the responsibility of addressing the issue. My primary objective is to receive my prescribed medications and appropriate care, which regrettably appears unattainable at present. The situation has persisted unaltered for nearly six weeks. The resolution of grievances has proven to be ineffective, and locating a primary care physician within my vicinity who accepts Ambetter of Alabama has proven to be a challenge. Even among the specialists who do accept the insurance, the standard of care provided has been substandard.Business response
