      Would use them they did a great job for our first move.And then when we needed some large items moved to different areas they responded and did a very wonderful job.All of their crew has been personable and polite.We would highlight recommend this company,

      My move from Cullman Al to Huntsville Al took place on Oct 13, 2021 with delivery on Oct 14, 2021. I tried to get them to visit my property to do an estimate but they only did one online. Even after I called to add 5 more pieces of furniture they said not to worry, it wouldn't be that much more. I asked them to come do a site estimate again but they declined. They charged double the estimate given and I had to pay on the date of delivery.

      I moved onto a military base. Not one person knew the requirements for physical access to the base. I told them what was required and they had to arrange to deliver the next day because they couldn't meet those minimal requirements. Even the next day, two showed up without a mask (after I reminded them it would be required). Very unprofessional.

      They left 3 large pieces at the old house and, although many prizes to the contrary, they never went back for them. I had to hire others to bring them to my new place.

      The repairs they agreed to make on my breakage within a "couple of days" took 2 weeks of me calling regularly. Those repairs took less than 2 hours.

      I hired this company primarily because they're a veteran-owned company. I was very disappointed.

      I could never recommend this moving company.

      The original estimate was 7200 lbs and with 5 pieces added it would have been around 7500 lbs. At the end of the load, it was two full moving trucks of furniture which is around 15-16k lbs. I sent two trucks out even though you were only charged for one in order to try and make sure that it went smoothly. I sincerely apologize that you were less than satisfied as we always strive to do everything that we can to ensure a great move. As far as the damages go, we got someone out there as soon as we could. In the state of the work force today, thinks are taking a little longer to get done and I apologize that things weren't fixed in the time that you expected it to be done. Overall, there was very minimal imperfections for the size of the move. There is human error involved in this industry and although we strive for zero everyday, some things happen due to the human error part of it and we got someone out there as soon as we could to make sure that it was taken care of for you. I don't remember talking to you about the movers wearing masks at all. Our policy is that first and foremost, we want to ensure the safety of everyone. I do not require my movers to wear masks when moving as we have found that it puts their safety in question doing this job with a mask on. Our policy is to make sure the customer is safe by asking them to please keep their distance if they so choose to do so. I am deeply sorry that you had a less than great experience as we always strive for a perfect move.
