I received a bill for from the ********** for a no show appointment. I do not recall having an appointment. I did not receive any appointment reminders. Attempts to reach the office via phone and on their website for about two weeks have gone unanswered. The bill is dated 3/3/24 for $50 for account ********. I feel I do not owe this and do not want it to affect my credit.

I have not verbally spoken to ************************ or received a missed call or voice message regarding this matter. I would be satisfied with the removal of the $50.00 no show fee from my account. However, I would like written or electronic confirmation.
