      I purchased a vehicle from *********** **** not even 3 weeks ago. 2 days later the low coolant light popped on. I reached out to my salesman he told me I was able to bring it back up there . And thats when everything went left . My car is and was still under warranty. Auto nation told me they dont work on ******** and told me to take it to ******** for repairs ! Which Im now out of $500 in deductibles. When I purchased my car they told me it had been through an inspection which if it did. They wouldnt saw the coolant system cracked which is why it has a leak . But they wanted nothing to do with it nor assist with paying the deductibles when theyre the ones that told me they fix if I had any issues. Now that my money was paid in full to them theyre like sorry there is nothing we can do. So the vehicle never fully passed the inspection. And theyre not assisting with the additional charges Ive incurred

      harrasment of extended warranty, have told them 3 times to put me on the do not call list, they keep calling or mailing me extended warranty for a vehicle i no longer own.

      I found a 2017 ****** Maxima on the Autonation website and contacted Autonation Ford Mobile on 5/26 the internet director submitted some pictures via text (the pictures were not very good but was ok being the 5-day money back guarantee) and explained that I needed to do an app and come in the office for contract and etc to arrange the transportation for the car. I went in on 05/27 and did so. The car arrived on 05/31 to the dealership, not me and I was out of town and informed them it would be 6/5 before I could come in and test drive the car. I got there on 6/5 and the car was pulled out and I was told to test drive it and see it everything was ok and if so, I could take ownership. Upon test driving I noted several issues that could not be viewed on the pictures. I went back to the dealership and returned the keys and told them I was not satisfied. I was told they would try to fix the issues if it would make me feel better and I explained that would not work for me. They have tried to find other cars, nothing that I want. I was contacted on 6/6 by the used car manager who talked to me as if I was not very knowledgeable and was told that if I returned the car, it would cost them money and they would keep part of my down payment. I questioned him as to why when I was within my 5 days of their 5-day return window no questions asked, and I never took the car from the lot other than for a test drive. I was never given a direct answer as to why, but talked over and around as to what they can do to keep the sale instead of customer satisfaction being priority. I attempted to speak with the ** who is out until later in the month as well as called and asked for corporate information, but not provided the information. If the issue cannot be properly resolved, I will be seeking legal representation for assistance in the matter.

      Auto *********** Margate has been giving me the runaround regarding fixing issues issues with my **** Explorer that is covered under warranty. They have had my car for several weeks and they claim to fix issues which still persist. They now have my vehicle and they said they must have it for at least 4 weeks before a technician even looks at it. And they will not give me a rental car which is covered under my warranty.

      I purchased my vehicle in November 2022 and still have not been able to get my tags because it was stated that my title was lost and I cant get them to answer the phone, voicemails, emails, to send my registration paperwork to the correct dmv. There has been nothing but miscommunication (when there has been) and have been told lies. Three weeks ago they stated they would re send my papers and never did. Last week they stated they would email it to me and again never did.

      I inquired about buyibg a car from Autonation ***** I was purchasing the car under my business name so my bank where I have my business account told me to get the lease agreement from the Carlot and bring it to the bank and we can take care of everything there, so I called the car lot to see if they can email the lease agreement but they said no I had to come in and get it because I had to sign it. I went to the car lot to see my sales agent to get the lease agreement and ***** who works in the finance department came over and said Hey, I hear you are trying to purchase through your business credit and account with *********** I said yes thats correct. He then stated Well good news is we actually use *********** for financing right here in office and we can do it for you here. So I said ok great. ***** asked if I had any business credit established I told him this was going to be the start of my establishment. He said ok good then walked away. When he returned with the credit application for me to fill out, he told me that he dont think that it would go through because I said I didnt have established credit and that I may have to put my personal credit behind it to assure it goes through. I told him I didnt want to run my personal credit because I was working towards buying a house and didnt need a financed car or any inquiries added to my personal credit so I wanted to run business credit only and if it didnt go through I would try to figure something else out. He said ok and gave me ************** to fill out, when I got the the part of the app that ask for Ssn I asked should I put my business ein number there and he said no out your social. I never applied for anything under my business so I was under the impression that he was going to give me a separate application for my business info or use my Ssn to access it. I completed the app and gave it to ***** then he walked away. The rest cant fit in this statement please contact me for more.

      At Autonation, we have a very transparent purchase process. Forms are signed electronically and with Pen paper.

      the customer had no business License or Credit and would not qualify for a business Loan; therefore, the loan was just in her name.

      I am rejecting this response because: Even if I did not have any business credit I still told him I wanted to him to run my business credit. I never authorized him to run my personal credit. And for them to esign for me they didnt even go over the lease agreement or anything before or after my purchase. I didnt find out they esigned until I requested my paperwork.

      Our vehicle was dropped off the last week of March 2022. It was going in for some warranty and recall issues. The service advisor has been contacted over and over again, as to when the vehicle will be ready. Tyler is the assigned service advisor. He has promised dates that are now in the past. Our vehicle is still not done and he has continually made excuses or lied about everything. This is beyond ethical or proper timing.
