Took Chevrolet High Country truck to ******************* Collision Center on April 22, 2024 as scheduled for repairs subsequent to an accident. They said the truck would be ready in 8 business days. Eight business days were up on May 1, 2024. The truck was not ready. We inquired again. ******, the Manager, said the truck still was not ready. ****** said the truck was sent to **********, AL for the repairs, and that he doesn't have anything to do with it. I inquired of ******, the Manager, today, May 8, 2024. He said it's still not ready. They should have told the insurance company if they were not going to be able to repair the truck in the quoted time frame, and let the insurance company assign it to another repair shop. This has caused us great trouble because we are supposed to drive the truck out of state today. Please help us to get this matter resolved. Thank you.
