We booked a 4 hour fishing trip, the website and ******** page shows red snapper, grouper and many other fish. The entire 35 people on our trip caught PERCH. We paid over $700 to catch perch. Very misleading and disappointing. I called and spoke with one of the managers and he stated that its just the luck of the draw. Obviously fishing isnt guaranteed but the fact that there were no red snapper or grouper even in sight is very misleading. This company definitely takes advantage of tourists. Also the fact that you have to bait your own hooks with squid and there isnt a way to wash your hands on the boat is unsanitary and disgusting.Business response

We are sad to hear the customer did not receive the product that they were expecting. Our staff do their very best on every trip to give each customer the best experience possible. We try to post pictures daily on our ******** of customers having a good time with us. Unfortunately there are aspects in our tour that we cannot guarantee, such as catching fish. Our crew goes through the same routine daily in an effort to give each customer the best experience possible. However the fish do not always cooperate. We take are customers to areas where several species of fish are. You never truly know what is going to bite or how many our going to bite. We simply try to control what we can control, which is the importance of safety, our personality, and our effort. We spoke to the customer ver the phone and she said she was satisfied with our customer service, the boat, and our crew which is the only we can control.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I didnt buy a customer service experience, I bought a deep sea fishing trip and fished for bait. The services were nothing like advertised. And to make it even more sketchy, the only picture the crew took that day was of 1 man who received ALL of the fish no one else wanted so it appeared he caught a ton, which again, is misleading. Also, funny how that picture of him with 20+ perch didnt make it to your ******** page.

Delivering on a promised refund credit in the amount disputed $156.00 against Hudson Marina At Skull Harbor, *************************************************************************** by the *********************** who her and her Husband ****** own and operate the Hudson Marina in ************. *********************** left a voicemail message on October 17, ***************************************************************************************************** full. On November 11, 2022 this voicemail record was played over the phone to ************** staff (on a recorded line to ******)-used in part of evidence. Phone number, ************** is the number associated with ********************* who you will see since October 24th, 2022 who in addition stated that once the dispute is removed the chargeback credit will be applied back to my account. On October 11th, 2022 ************** took out that dispute, *********************** and Hudson Marina were notified. Since this date, no credit has been issued. Therefore a new warranted dispute was initiated showing, that the credit was honored filed November 11th, 2022. It is also important to note that a prior dispute, for the same transaction, named FareHarbor is a payment processor for Hudson Marina, Skull Harbor who wrote in response on September 13th, 2022 that they are a intermediary payment processor for Hudson Marina who has no physical contact with the customer in the transactions. Here, the refund complaint, dispute was initiated against the company Hudson Marina, Skull Harbor who never bothered to facilitate the dispute before and warrant the amount in dispute as agreed they would. Hence, initiating the new dispute with full evidence-here and now. With all materials in sum of record, Hudson Marina agreeing to the full refund amount by voicemail message, phone conversations, short message service (SMS) that the credit for amount as agreed to be placed back onto my account. ********************* and I personally spoke and she understood and honored a full credit refund. Then reneged.
