Poor customer service. Poor quality of cars. Took a vehicle for a test drive. Had no brake fluid for the brakes and radio did not work. When I got back and told the lady about the radio and brakes. They did not want to come off the price and she got mad at me. Also the vehicle was not detailed lots of oxidation on the top of the vehicle. I would not buy from this place you'll get ripped off.

This customer complained of radio not working when he came back from test drive. We told him we would take care of it. He complained about their being no brake fluid. Salesperson went out with him lifted the hood and the brake fluid was not low and was 3/4 full. Salesperson told customer that dealership would be glad to take a look at the brakes if he had a concern about them. He complained that their was dust on the dashboard and a kleenex on the seat. He did not at any point ask for a discount. Salesperson told customer they would be glad to fix the radio for him before he purchased. He got mad and left the lot saying I need the truck now cause the transmission on my truck is going out that I am driving. Salesperson explained to customer he is looking at a 2012 Nissan Titan (9years old) with 147k miles. We were sorry if this truck did not meet his expectations.
