      Headstone for grandma grave March 2023. There has been no contact with this business since. They dont answer phone and the business was close each time I went to check on my order.

      On 12/20/2021, I contracted Williams Granite Memorials in ***********, ** to provide a headstone for my father's grave. It was to be a double headstone made of black granite, and I was informed that it would take 4 months to deliver and set it up. I paid them in full, $10,230.00. As of this date, I have not received a headstone nor a refund of my money. I have been to the office in person numerous times and made attempts to call and text message the business with very limited results. They tell me an excuse each time I am able to finally speak to a person, and my last interaction with the owner ended with me being told that he would not be giving me a refund.

      Today I went by Williams granite memorials *********** *******. I had an encountered with, ****** Williams, which I think is part owner of the shop. I was there concerning a headstone and slab I paid for back in September. Although I'm aware it takes time for the stones to come back so I waited before I started calling to try and get an update on when they will be delivered because I hadn't heard anything from them after they received my money. The middle of November I started to call to try and get an update calling almost everyday and they wouldn't or didn't answer the phone or even return my phone calls or text. I went by several times when I was in town all they would do was take my name down and claim they were going to call which they never did. When able to speak with someone on the phone they can't find the invoice or say they are looking for the invoice and will call back of course they never call back. They told us that it would be delivered by December 9, but it was not or have I received a call or anything from the company to let me know what the progress of my order was.I called Monday but had to leave a message to let them know I will by concerning a refund since they did not deliver when they said they would and talking to her today she saying she doesn't know when it will. So then I asked could she call them while I was there she said she didn't have to do that, so I asked for the name and number they ordered from she wouldn't give that information and called the police saying I was irate but i wasn't I was trying to get answers. She claimed the company they ordered from is a wholesale company and they wouldn't talk to me because I wasn't a business? Which makes no sense. I saw a second invoice today that doesn't have all the information that was supposed to be on the slab. I would like a full refund they are doing bad business.
