Ben and his team are beyond professional and knowledgable, I couldn’t be happier with the results. We owed more than ***K to the IRS and they brought our debt to 0 and put us on a noncollectable status. Ben and his team helped our family so much! My husband had a tax issue from YEARS ago that came back to bite us and we had to get it resolved so that we weren't going to owe thousands and thousands of $ to the IRS. My husband is military and was deployed over half the time that we worked on this issue and sometimes with no contact for months at a time. They worked so well with me and were so patient if it took me a while to get them what they needed. We are SO grateful to them for getting our money owed to us back and then some!Review from John M

THEY TOOK MY MONEY UP FRONT, SET DEADLINES, REGARDLESS OF CIRCUMSTANCES, THEY CAN TERMINATE YOUR CONTRACT AND THEY KEPT MY MONEY 4,000 PLUS AND DID NOTHING TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE!
IF YOU DONT MEET THEIR SELF IMPOSED DEADLINES THEY TERMINATE YOUR CONTRACT AND KEEP YOUR MONEY WITH NOT WORK PERFORMED.

You engaged this office on February 17, 2021, to conduct an investigation into your business and personal tax matters, with the clear indication that the contracted period of work was for 6 months' time. We waited nearly 3 weeks for you to sign the documentation necessary for us to even begin the investigation process of our engagement. As soon as we did receive your paperwork, you were assigned a tax professional and assistant who immediately set to work on your behalf. IRS reports were pulled as soon as they became available to us. We then attempted to reach you on April 30, 2021, but were unable to leave a voice message as your mailbox was full. We then left detailed messages on May 4, 2021 and May 7, 2021, asking for you to return our several calls to arrange for a follow-up meeting. You responded on May 10, 2021, and we subsequently held your follow-up meeting on May 12, 2021. In that meeting, we let you know you had outstanding tax returns for years 2015,2016, 2019 and 2020. At that time, you indicated that you had another firm working on those returns and that you would provide them to us as soon as possible.
In early July, we reached out to the CPA on file for you to ascertain the progress of these unfiled returns. We were then informed by your former accountant that they were no longer working with you - something you failed to inform us of. We then left a voice message for you on July 16, 2021, asking for contact, as you had not communicated to us during this time. You BELATEDLY responded to our request for contact on July 27, 2021, letting us know you were meeting with a new accountant that same week.
We again reached out to you on August 8, 2021, via email, a call and an additional email on August 27, 2021, asking for a more definitive timeline of when you could provide us with the tax returns. You again responded that we should have them "soon".
On September 3, 2021, we sent an email to you providing you with a detailed explanation of the attempts we had made on your behalf, as well as to provide an additional and extended deadline. The deadline - September 10, 2021, came and went with no response from you. On September 15, 2021, we emailed you a letter requesting that you simply contact our office not later than end of business day on September 27, 2021.
On October 4, 2021, our office called and left a detailed voicemail with you, and followed that voicemail with an email regarding the need for you to respond to our request by October 8, 2021, or we would be closing your file. You responded to that email on October 4, 2021, confirming that you met with your accountant and that all of your returns should get filed "in the next 30 days." We responded to that email on October 19, 2021, requesting copies of the tax returns be placed in your Shared Client Folder not later than November 2, 2021. This email went unanswered and the deadline was subsequently missed.
On November 4, 2021, we sent you a final email with a deadline to provide copies of the returns in question to your Shared Client File not later than November 11, 2021. This deadline was one day shy of SIX MONTHS from the original follow-up meeting and MORE THAN 30 DAYS after the date that you indicated they would be filed.
You then scheduled a call with our office on November 11, 2021 - WHICH YOU FAILED TO ATTEND. We rescheduled your call for November 15, 2021, where YOU set and agreed to a final deadline of December 15, 2021. On this call, we also discussed the need for deadlines and accountability, and YOU agreed and said you understood, and you appreciated the way our firm handled deadlines. We sent email reminders and phone call reminders to you, to keep you abreast of the impending deadline.
Our practitioner and assistant were extremely diligent in their efforts to keep you on task, but this was to no avail. We went above and beyond to try to get you to comply and allow us to do the job you hired us for. YOU ACTIVELY CHOSE BY YOUR INACTION to not put in the work necessary to complete your resolution.
When our clients are not willing to work with us (not meeting deadlines nor providing the necessary documents to us or attending the necessary meetings) what would you expect? We did our very best, we were extremely accommodating, and we even went beyond the contract length trying to get you to assist in your tax debt resolution.
Our team afforded you every courtesy, and then some, to try to help you with your tax matter. But YOU chose to NOT participate in your defense. Without your active participation, there was nothing we could do to help you. When YOU made the choice to not follow through with the preparation of the outstanding tax returns, YOU made the choice to not assist in your tax matter defense. YOU made the choice to NOT give us a fair chance to even prepare and present a proper defense for you in your tax matters.
