On 6/10/2021 I booked a four hour fishing trip scheduled for 7/17/2021 for me and my husband. The price for a four-hour trip was $500 (indicated on their website). I paid a deposit of $200 which was charged to my credit card on 6/10/2021. The remaining $300 was to be charged the day of the trip. However, on the day of the trip I was charged $350 instead of $300. When I talked to the company advising of the extra $50 being charged, we said it could be used toward the next fishing trip that was scheduled for 9/11/2021. That trip was canceled due to the fishing guide's daughter testing positive for Covid. We scheduled another trip for 10/2/2021 which was also canceled by the fishing guide. We were never able to get the second trip, therefore in November, I requested the $50 be refunded. I was told a check would be put in the mail and provided my mailing address on 11/19/2021. By December 6, 2021, no check had been received. I contacted the company again and was once again told a check for $50 would be sent and provided my mailing address again. No check has been received & I want to get the $50 we were told would be sent/refunded since the second trip was never provided.Business response
