I called to have my internet service disconnected on January 9th. The lady I spoke with told me I only had to pay 30 something dollars. I had already put my regular payment of $77.00 in the mail. I called on February to see if I would be reimbursed for my overpayment and was told ne because they had already paid the vendor. I find it unfair to pay for a service I did not have. Contacted Ms. ****** and explained the disconnect policy. Since the customer has another active account with us, the credit of $57.83 was transferred to it to use toward next month's billing. Ms. ****** said had she been informed about the disconnect policy when she called in, she would have understood and not issued the complaint.Customer response
