I sent this company around $4,000 worth of merchandise. A large portion of it was my 9 year old son's Pokemon cards. He wanted them graded with fun labels for his birthday present. This company advertised I'd have the cards back in less than 2 months! But it seems they just stole all of the pokemon cards as well as our money!Initial Complaint

My complaint is basically I paid for a product product was promised to me it's been 5 months still haven't gotten the product that I paid for they took my money out of my bank account for it they took my product that I sent into them to get graded and they kept my cards and they kept my money and haven't sent me back anything and now they're just not even responding to my emails so I figured they have just taken my stuff and they're not going to give it back so I have no other choice but to file the complaintInitial Complaint

Order #********** Placed: Jul 2, 2022 Order Total $1,498.50 paid I placed an order for 300 cards to be graded. I have used them in the past and had no issue. As you can see by the date listed above this has been well over a year. I have not received one single card back from the 300 card order. I spent a-little over 6k on cards sent. Package was received and confirmed on PGX end. However getting in contact with someone from the company is next to impossible. I have tons of messages sent with me being the only response. I called, text, emailed, nothing. Awhile back I did get a response but it was mentioned they were alittle behind, which was not a big deal. However we are now in 2024. This is unacceptable. I want a full refund of the amount paid. And I want my cards back. If they misplaced the cards I request the company look at the list provided of cards and provide market value of cards provided. Or based on my receipts of what I paid. I am very upset.Initial Complaint

I believe this individual operates his "business" out of his home. I believe his name is Clayton *****, his phone number he has texted me from is ************. The address he had me mail my property to is: Pure Graded * **** ***** ** ********** ** ********** I have tons of text/email communication from him I can provide to support my claims. -Transaction date: January 2023 -I sent the company approximately $4,500.00 in collectibles to be professional graded and protected, as well paid a fee of $300 to do so. -They committed to grade my items and return them to me in protective slabs with a turnaround time of 45-60 days. -They have had my items for a year now. I've gone back and forth with the owner many times. He has promised me I would receive the items in the past but he still has them. At this point I believe I was scammed out of my collectibles and they have been stolen. -They have made no attempts to resolve the problem. I suggested he just send my items back without performing his service but he will not send me my property back. -Order #********** I just want my property returned to me.Initial Complaint

I sent an order of 50 cards to be graded by this company through their website ************************ The order number is ********** placed in June of 2022. I was told it takes 6 months to process and return orders. That's takes me to December of 2022. I received an email from puregradedx@gmail.com on Feb 8 saying they were in the warehouse yet to be done. Since then I have emailed, called the number on the site, reached out on Instagram, and put a complaint through the website. No one has responded. I want my cards back slabbed or not. $240 for order, cards valued at $480Business response

On Friday August 5, 2022 order number #********** I submitted a 220 card or for grading. I sent it tracked USPS #********************** & it shows delivered, left with individual on August 16, 2022 at 11:05am Centerton AR 72719. Throughout the past year I have numerous text messages along with direct messages on Instagram with ******* ***** ***********6 acknowledging receiving the package. Throughout the past year we chat through text, IG direct, & phone calls discussing what kind of labels I would like for my order. It's always the same story I am working on your order it will be ready next week. Then a month or two later it's I am cutting your labels & should be ready to ship next week. Then another month the same story & always the same story. I have every text message we sent to each other since before I even sent my order. I have every Instagram direct message he sent me on the Pure Graded X Instagram account page. I have every picture of every label he ever sent me. I want my cards back ungraded along with a refund.Business response

Puregraded X is a card grading company. They have 290 cards of mine that should have been returned back to me. They are split up into 4 orders. 6/23/22 Order# ********* $840.00 8/12/22 Order# ********** $600.00 12/7/22 Order# ********** $575.00 12/21/22 Order# ********** $575.00 I called and asked for some of my cards back 1/28/23 and they asked for an additional $740.00 because the slabs they use was backorder and they would have to go somewhere else to get them. I agree to pay the $740.00 and they would return my cards within a week. They sent a tracking number ************************** and it show a label was created yet nothing has been shipped. This was on 2/2/23. I have reached out to them since 2/2/23 and cannot get ahold of anyone nor get a reply to any messages I send.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: they have not finished the job.They did return part of my orders 99 cards but I am still waiting on 200 cards.
I will not be satisfied until I get all my cards back.
