On 8/16/2022, I came in for a massage. Upon checking out, the owner spoke with me regarding their membership program. I have subscribed to this in the past at a different location, so I was agreeable. He stated he would immediately place me on a cancellation list to take advantage of my next massage ASAP. I have checked their website WEEKLY, and myself and my fiancé have called on three separate occasions to be placed on the cancellation list...no one ever calls me. I am paying for a service that they are unable to provide. Finally, on 11/30/2022, I called and explained I wanted to cancel my membership due to lack of availability...I literally can NEVER get an appointment. Suddenly, they had a "last-minute opening", which I declined. I should not have to spend countless hours simply to utilize the services I pay for. She stated she would NOT cancel my subscription, and told me to check another location for availability, one that's TWENTY-FIVE miles away. I declined. She stated they absolutely would not cancel my membership, and that she would let me speak with a manager; however, no manager would be in today. It is ridiculous to pay a monthly membership fee for services I am NEVER able to use.Business response

We have refunded all six of her monthly credits and canceled her membership moving forward.
