This app is so fishy, I just reserved a task release after 10am, went and did it at Costco, it allow me 6 hours to finish, but there’s a fine print it must be done between the hour 00am-10am, house is this making any sense, I don’t have enough time to wait til next day, yet it was released after 10am, got everything else right, but it was denied because it’s not complete during the time frame given, they still use the info you provided, just not paying you, absolutely trash.Review from Jack Z

I hope field agent company gets investigated, because they are a fraud and a scam, and I will explain why. They give jobs and I notice a pattern where you can follow instructions, and take the necessary pictures, and they deny you occasionally, because seems like they use the pictures you have taken and keep it for themselves, and deny you, and seems like they get paid for being a 3rd party to insurance companies, and denying the agents their pay, and using your pictures to get paid for themselves, and give you a false denial reasons why. I also notice once they deny you, you don't see the same job that was intiially denied appear again to redo again on their que, because it's obvious they edit the pictures, and use it to get paid by the insurance companies they work for, and not pay the agent, so it's win win for them.Review from Steve T

I agree with the other negative reviews. Fieldagent posts assignments that make you think you will get a free item plus $2 if you go to a particular store to purchase it. They refuse to pay the $2 if the item is not even a product the store *ever* sells. Fieldagent tricks people, especially those who need the money the most, into spending more out of pocket chasing after items that don’t exist. I don’t know how they sleep at night. Field agent WAS OK. I cashed out 1 time. When I went to cash out the second time it said "secret word" to cash out was wrong (it wasn't I wrote it down in my notes on my phone) after 4 attempts it said the money is being sent back and I can no longer get it. When I emailed Field agent(btw very hard to track down their phone number) they said I put in the secret word wrong. I said did u even read my email? It had said that and explaining I wrote it down. Again that's the response I got. In addition I tried to change my payment information and then it says my login email and password is wrong. IT'S ALSO NOT(I wrote that down also) So now they take $10 off for processing and I won't get paid until next week or at all if they lie about my secret code being wrong(it's not) and now I have only the app automatically signed in and if I sign out it won't let me sign in as it tells me my sign in is wrong. (It's not) The app is a scam, horrible customer service. All u can get is automated response or saying same response over and overReview from Erica J

Working with Field Agent has been helping me get through difficult economic times. The pay is minimal but I appreciate that the app has been functioning well, the work is flexible and agents are free to accept work that is best for their own schedule. If instructions are read and followed carefully there should be no issue with the jobs being successful. There is support available for anyone working with the company needing to reach out.Review from Frank S

Did a few missions but not get paid and was suspended after I appealed to the customer service. They didn't explain why they denied your work. They might "pay" you $10 for your first 1-2 mission to make you feel this app is real but you couldn't cash it out. Then you finally realized that the $10 was just a bait. This App is definitely a scam. Don't waste your valuable time, guys. I really hope these scam companies could get bankrupt as soon as possible.Review from Chantelle R

Please avoid this company at all cost they are a scam and they will make you go to locations only to deny them for little things or nothing at all they pay only 3.00$ a job and won’t explain why they won’t pay you. I hope this gets shut down and I am glad I am making this report to help others not get scammed do not accept the e-transfer as they can get your banking info.Review from Lamesa C

Field Agent does not treat their employees right. They are a scam and a racket themselves. There was an audit at Sam's Club in Bartlett, TN that I accepted, took two buses to travel to but was denied access and Field Agent did not inform on the job page membership is needed; however, I was not paid $12.50 and $4.50 (pest control audit) for the jobs (03/28/2022). I reported it to Field Agent and they credited the money and told me that agents should have a membership when it clearly did not state that in the job description on both Sam's Club audits (one at the Bartlett, TN and Goodman Rd. in Southaven, MS). I cashed out along with a $4.50 audit for pest control totaling $17.00 on the March 30th, 2022. Haven't received them yet and I get them quick turnaround within 24 hours. They refuse to send the money to my bank. SCAM! Stay away from them.Review from Joseph N

I did a job for Field Agent where I had to take 7 or 8 photos of a product and the payout was $4.50. It took 20 mins to complete the job and when I submitted it they denied my job. I asked for further information and they told me one of the photos wasn't up to their expectations so they will not be paying me for the job at all. I don't understand how you can complete a job for a company and they can outright refuse to pay you for your work and they reap all of the benefits of your labor. They need to be investigated.
