      Warning! Warning! Buyer beware! If a guy last name Jones at Lewis Ford in Fayetteville, Arkansas, tells you anything, DO NOT believe a word he says. We considered trading our Ford Edge ST on a F-150 a few months ago. However, before we traded, we had purchased an oil change package for four oil changes and tire rotations on our Ford Edge ST. We were assured that if we traded in before using them, we would get a refund on the remaining 3 oil change services. This promise, which we trusted, was not upheld. A week or two after we purchased the oil change package, we traded in our Ford Edge ST. We complied with all the requirements to get refunded on the remaining oil change packages. I have emails and call logs validating all correspondences. This has been going on for months. We have received NO refund from Lewis Ford in Fayetteville, Arkansas. I simply want the refund I was promised. But after using their service for several years, I learned the harsh truth. Their real service is “lip service,” which is all lies to get your money. Loyalty means nothing. They have no integrity. We did purchase our Ford Edge ST from Lewis. However, due to excessive pricing, we did not purchase our new F150 from Lewis Ford. Save your money and go anywhere else. I will not use their services again! BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT USE Lewis Ford Fayetteville, Arkansas, for your vehicle services. DO NOT TRUST anything Jones tells you! It’s a shame it has to come to this review.

      My first experience with Lewis Ford (Trey) was good. They got me a car pretty quickly. I was happy with it. Fast forward a year and a half later. I decided that the BMW was a little too expensive to maintain, so I went back to trade it in for another car... I got there. Trey was nice as usual. They test drove the BMW. They said it drove fine. It had a decent trade in value. As it turned out, they couldn't get me another car in my budget. I left. A month later, my financial situation improved. I could make a bigger monthly payment, so I went back. They test drove the BMW again, and now all of the sudden, they claimed the transmission was going out, because it slipped once. It was fine just a month earlier, and I had barely drove it that month. After telling me that. I sat in the office for three full hours, being ignored while they took care of everyone else that got there way after I did. Finally, I told them I was going to go ahead and leave. They said they would continue working to get me a car. The next day I called Trey to see the progress, and he didn't answer (which he always had before) I left a message. He didn't bother to call me back. I called a couple days later. Again, he didn't answer. I left a message, and he still has not called me back. It's been over a month. My mother called (who got a car from them also) she inquired about me. Trey said he would call her back. He still hasn't. I feel my treatment was very rude and unprofessional. They were obviously just putting me off. They didn't want to deal with me. The sudden transmission problem I felt was very suspicious. And, even if they were right that the transmission was going out, that means they sold me a lemon. I had only been driving it a year and a half. I am getting a bank loan soon to buy another car. It won't be from Lewis Ford ever again.
