      Very sleezy business. They sold me a car for nearly 40k that turned out to be a total jack job pieced together by two other cars...I've tried and tried to make it right and give them tje opportunity but they simply don't care amd refuse service. I strongly suggest you stay away.

      Do not buy a vehicle from them.. bait and switch. The sales rep claimed that she could remove the dealer add-ons, they came back at the end and stated they had to provide a market adjustment. When I spoke to the sales manager, he was very degrading and rude. I was in the Navy for over 8 years and have never been spoke to in such a way that I felt like a child. Honestly, an apology is all that was needed but instead he hung up on me and left me feeling thankful that I did not do business with this dealership. Complete and total waste of time. Do not trust them, they tell you one thing and then do another. Please save yourself the heartache and find a dealership that actually treats you with respect.

      I was terribly disappointed with the finance office. They offered me a bumper to bumper warranty and told me it was only 100.00 per month, and that I could cancel anytime. He did not tell me they were going to charge me for 4 years worth of warranty that I would have to pay sales tax on. This was gross deception. And, when I went to cancel it I was told it would take 3 months to remove it.. This is professional negligence on their part and cost my family hundreds of dollars in sales tax. Also, I had scheduled a time with them days in advance to look at a certain vehicle. It wasn’t until the end of the day that they had the vehicle for me. I live almost 2 hours away and lost an entire day of work. I was terribly disappointed in this dealership. Watch out for all kinds of hidden costs with them. They are liars.

      I was told that I was buying my car for 30k but it was listed for 35k,but they would knock off 5k not only did my paperwork not say anything but I was paying 8.7 interest rates instead of 6 I would end up paying 67k by payoff and they said they were throwing my gap insurance for free which is $1200 and then I was never told about portfolio service contract which is 49 7387 nor was I told about an easy care warranty for 4$187.21 that I have an option to not have those so they screwed me right there out of $10,000 right off the bat I have called the Better Business Bureau. My next steps are getting an attorney if they don’t make this right they said they lost my contract and I needed to come re-sign the contract. The lady I talk to you on the phone said that’s never happened before to make a long story short my ex fiancé who is a multimillionaire knows the owner personally he told me he was going to get me and guess what he did. He contacted the owner. They change the numbers and they screwed me big time so after I bought my car, my salesman stopped responding , I’m actually paying 40 something thousand for the car instead of 30,000 like I was promised and the man at the desk went through the paperwork or should I say the pamphlet of papers and he pointed at the line and he said sun here, here, and here, hi believed interested in him, but he was telling me the truth so I did not read with my own two eyes so therefore I don’t know what else to do besides getting attorney does anybody else have any ideas?
