This place is a scam, they sell use tires as new tires, then make up excuses on why they should not honor the warranty on the new tires, I bought my vehicle from ******* and several months later I went and bought brand new tires from K and G , also got an alignment and bought new brakes. I have not had these tires longer then a year and they are already bad not to mention all my rotation was done every time I got an oil change, but all this crook could say is that I guarantee you that ******* does not really rotate them so I cant honor the warranty because as far as I know you have put 30,000 miles on these tires. Dude I bought the vehicle with 84000 miles in October of 2021 and drove on the old tires until I bought new from you in April 2022 and we are in Feb 2023 and the vehicle only has 94000 miles on it so maybe you should go back to school and learn how to add. At first the guy wanted to use the excuse that he could not honor the warranty without the receipt because he didn't think I had it, then once I got it he continue to make excuses. Then he wanted to use oh you didn't bring it back to us to rotate so how do I know you actually did it. No where do they say you need to bring the vehicle back to them for the warranty to get honor, but the owner is a crook and will not do anything or admit that he sold me some crappy tires. I see Gwantey move my tires right through a window in the waiting room and if they was screwing people over then I doubt they would still be in business and getting the heat you are about to be getting. I would not do business with this guy again because he had all the information he needed and I was willing to get service records that I have in my car of everything that Gwantey does. Also I visit a couple none tire places that do this for a living said "even if the tires was not rotate they would of not wore down this quick, these had to be some cheap or used tires at that small amount of miles" Seems like you have done this a few times to people,Business response

First and foremost we do not finance used tires so customer is false that we put used tires on his vehicle! I have owned this business for 12 years and have been in this business for over 30 years! If this customer was rotating his tires every oil change then they would have told him that his tires were going bad long before the Friday February 10! Secondly he only had 3 of the tires I sold him in April of 2022 on his vehicle and didn’t want to tell me why he didn’t have the fourth tire on his vehicle! We tell every single customer that we sell tires to that we rotate them for free as long as you own them. This customer has not came to my shop since he bought the tires until Friday February 10 2023 with no proof at all that he had rotated his tires every 6,000 miles! So for 10 months he has owned these tires and no proof that he did rotate the tires at anytime because he choose to call me names and threatened defamation of character to me and my business! I did offer to sell him tires at cost to try and keep him as a customer! Things that can cause tires to wear out more rapidly is lack of rotation, bad front end and suspension components, low air pressure, over inflated tires , heavy load being towed etc! This customer called before he came and was making rude accusations before he came to my shop! This as far as the tires are concerned is he says she says etc! Lots of miles can be put on a vehicle in ten months and with so many other things could cause his tires to wear out but he never brought the tires to my shop to service them not one time so I did the right thing and offered tires at cost and he was just not going here anything I said if he didn’t get a new set of tires! We give great customer services to our customers for free and he never not one time came to get any of our free services the 10 months he had the tires until February 10 2023 ! I think it’s ridiculous to accuse me and my business of any of these lies this customer has said on social media!Business response

Complaint: ********
I am rejecting this response because: This owner is lying through his teeth, I have talked to several other respected tire shops that says this guy sold me the lowest quality of tires that you can buy, they did respectfully say that a lot of people with low income typically go after these tires because they are cheap but they are not the quality that the owner of this shop said they are. His customer service is a joke that's why over half of his reviews are bad because of the great customer service that he claims he has, I am not the first customer that has had this issue with this business but he has quite of few reviews with the same issues and he blocks us when he does not agree with us. If people where lying about your service then they would all not be saying the same thing that I have brought forward in this complaint. This would be a different story if I did not see other people complaining about him selling them non quality tires. I spent a lot of money for these tires and he did not offer me his cost, offered me a very small discount on a new set up tires like the once I am complaining about. But because I did have my tires service regardless if he wants to accept that, I have proof that would stand its grounds in court. You do not have the right to bash another company that has all the right credentials that make them certified to perform the duties of maintaining my tires as a respected and certified dealership. I have not had these tires even a year yet and have not even put 10,000 miles on them. His team did not inform me that they do rotation for free so I went to my respect dealership where I bought all my cars from to get my oil change and they rotated the tires, as part of my paid service. If this service was free with his establishment and I was told to me then it would not be anything for me to bring my vehicle to them to maintained the tires, come a free service who would turn that down, but this was not told and he has no signs or proof of this service around his shop. I did explain to him why the 4th tire was not on the vehicle it had a staple in it and I called his shop about this the day it happen and he said the warranty does not cover stuff like this so I went to a local shop in my area and bought another tire. I did not ask him to replace 4 tires I asked him to replace 3 tires and its not anything for me to give him that information which I did because me replacing the 4th tire in reality was not his business and had nothing to do with why I was at his shop. I offered to get him service records that would of showed everything in pertaining to tire rotation and where my odometer was from each service, but when trying to give him proof of that he made excuses and talked down on the dealership and said they don't really rotate tires knowing they actually do rotate the tires every oil change and since I got my oil changed regular on time, that would mean that my vehicle was service correctly. I have proof of this from the dealerships that shows what they perform on the vehicle, if he actually honor the warranty that he claim these tires actually have then my proof of rotation from my respected dealership should be sufficient, just as my car warranty is which allows me to go to any Chevy dealer to get my vehicle service. To be honest based on his reviews I do not believe that tires or any tires this guys sells come with a actual warranty because if they do then it would not be up to him to decide if he honors and why would he not want to because he gets his money back from the warranty company, I believe he tells customers that his has one so they will buy the tires from him. I also have proof on the miles when I bought the tires and how many miles has been put on the tires since I own them, but this guy does not want to admit that he is in the wrong because he refuse to accept the documentation from the dealership. When I bought my vehicle I bought it with 84000 miles that was in October of 2021 then I bought tires form him in April of 2022. My vehicle only has 94000 miles on it so tell me how I put over 30000 miles on these tires if my miles are low on my vehicle, also my oil changes and rotations where done before even 6000 miles. With only 10000 mile being put on the vehicle these tires should of lasted a lot longer 10 months. At the end of the day, my complaint is valid based on his respond and the number of complaints on the Facebook and google platforms that shows he tells the customers that he has a warranty on the tires but won't honor it and when he ask for proof and you offer to give it to him he then makes excuses on why he cant accept it.Sincerely,
