The facility is unprofessional, and refuses to discuss matters in a pleasant manner. The director has no idea what is going on in the facility she is supposed to be providing care for children. Incident reports are not filed when wounds happen with my children. Funds are nor returned after they request your child to stay home from field trips paid for in advance. They have lost glasses of my child on said field trips. Didn't notify her family after a bloody nose and didn't know what happened. Horrible experience and feel as if my children are picked on after issues are brought up about their unprofessional demeanor and attitudes towards their own mistakes.Customer response

Resolution would be for the company as a whole have communication with their parents and staff bringing important matters to the attention of those needing to be informed and follow their own guidelines they have in place along with protocols put in place by the state.

Unreliable! On 6/6/2024 Sent a text at 6:16 this morning to let us know that they wouldn’t be open today. Very unfortunate because I was scheduled to work at 7 & already on my way to drop off my kid. My job requires a 2 hour window to not be considered a no call, no show. My kid has been here for less than a month & they have been closed 3 times in the last two weeks due to staffing issues. The director is amazing but the care team is just unreliable. The owner & management team is impossible to contact.. Wouldn’t recommend if you actually have a job that requires you to show up. Extremely stressful. Save yourself the headache. UNRELIABLE! Update: Happened again today 7/23/2024 at 6am.
