I have a 2020 mustang gt with a manual transmission, it has 24k miles on it. Had transmission problem and called Springdale Ford and made an appointment in March to drop it off the next Wednesday for warranty repairs. Three weeks later they had not even started on it, I filed a complaint with Ford. That's I got a call from my Ford customer service rep and she told me she can't get any response from the dealer. Yesterday I drove to the dealer to get an update on my car, 6 weeks after dropping it off. They still have never moved my car into the garage or even looked at it. One of the men in the service department told me they have to work on the owners' friends' cars and prioritize them above at customers. This is the worst dealershipi have ever encountered. I called Ford corporate again and demanded they pay to tow my car to another dealership for repairs. I will never buy anything related to the Ford company ever again. The only thing they can do to make me feel whole is to purchase my car from me at full original MSRP value and force the owner to apologize to me in person when he hands me the check.Business response

It is obvious that we failed to make this customer a happy one. However, he did finally get his car repaired and picked it up. Therefore, he is not due a refund. Again, I apologize that we did not provide a happy experience with our service dept.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. Yes, they did eventually repair my car after filing complaints with Ford and bbb. So they accomplished that absolute bare minimum to avoid a law suit. Is that the going rate for good business practices in 2023?
