      Vehicle accident occurred 7/19/22 hit on rear passenger side, have State Farm ***** **** Focus, a friend driving at tike of accident because I was sick and asked him to get medication for me, 2 days later appraisal called and said it was his fault, nothing on police report no detailed info. next since thr decision was made I was told to find an auto body shop from State Farm I would pay $250.00 deductible only shop in Bullhead City was ******* ******** &Glass and didn't know they were so closely affiliated with State Farm, rook vehicle in Oct 10th employee checked in vehicle and relayed to me that it would be 4 weeks for completion, on 0ct 20th was sent an estimated copy of $10000.00 , ****** then sent another form stating it was totalled because the frame was bent but they never contacted me regarding this even before I was notified ii called them on 10/ 24/22 and asked how it was coming along the secretary put me on hols and came back to tell me the car was on not on call. so if the vehicle was already declared totaled why wasn't it told to me at that time. on the 10/21/22 told by state farm I had to go to ******* to get personal possessions out of the vehicle, as the employee walked me to the vehicle I asked why it had been declared a total loss he was very avasive in responding only said frame bent, noticed that one area above the gas tank had been pushed back, I was not sent any photos from my insurance company or Grerbers or diagram showing me how they came to that conclusion. state farm said they had been trying to contact me they didn't they have my numbers. one more thing a friend of mines car was also declared totalled by ******* she ran over a speed bump and cracked the oil pump but it was towed to her home she did not drive it and they held her Cadillac for over a month she kept calling and they always had an excuse as to why it hadn't been looked at. I would appreciate any information good or bad thank you
