Avoid Sun State Pools at all costs!!! They are a bunch of salesmen who cannot deliver on promises. I had a nightmare experience with them this summer ******* 2023). Their contract says they complete remodel projects "start to finish" in 8 weeks. Don't believe it!!! They "promised" to finish a simple remodel project this summer by July. Mid September rolled around and they still couldn't deliver. I couldn't use my pool during the entire summer - one of the hottest on record! I had to use a third party pool company to finish the job. During this pool remodel nightmare, I tried regularly to contact the project manager and sales manager to no avail. I even tried to contact the owner. He did not have time to hear about the problems with his company, so he passed me off to service guy. If you hire this company, get ready to finish the project yourself!!!Initial Complaint

Sun state pools remodeled our inground spa. They were extremely slow and were very bad with communications in regards to the project. I had to get my own supplies and did so in a timely matter as to not delay the project. Unfortunately they overpromised on time frame resulting in my pool turning green and having to have special treatments to return to normal. On my expense...Upon finishing the project a few tiles cracked and some came off. I contacted the company immediately requesting to have them fixed . They got back to me saying they would fix it and find the tile again. This was in October 2022. Since then, they have since dropped off and have had no response to text messages to the owner, ****, as well as emails to the office and to **** as well. At one point **** said that the tile repair guy would be there on a Wednesday and never showed.
