On December 11, 2021 I entered into a contract with *************************** the owner of DT Logistics, LLC to transport our Mustang from ******* to *******. I dropped of the vehicle on Dec. 23rd and per the contract we would receive the car in ******** on 12/30/21. We did not receive the vehicle until 1/03/2022 and when received the bottom of the front end had been damage and the vehicle was driven to the drop off instead of being transported on a semi. Spoke to ******* and he tried to get his vendor ************************** to take responsibility for the $1722.90 claim to no avail. ******* stated he couldn't file a claim on his insurance until he exhausted the possibility of King's **** paying. When the claim was denied due to Kings not being properly insured I asked ******* to file a claim with his **** This is when all communication stopped. His email has been closed. Phone goes directly to voice mail. Need help to get money to repair the car.
