this office Has had my botox since November and we are now in March and they refuse to provide the service that my insurance paid for for me to get. As of yesterday. March 7th. They let me go as a patient knowing. I had an appointment this coming Tuesday for my botox. ********** manager told me at 2 PM to get my botox and have somebody else do it. I've called around. No other office will take outside medication. The proper thing to do would be. To administer the botox. And fulfill The appointment, this is unethical of my Doctor's ******* They gave me less than 2 days to find another Doctor. My insurance paid for this. And had it since November this is not right. I am over 6 months overdue For my botox ********** manager is rude Condescending and does not know What he is talking about I want This issue resolved immediately or I will get a lawyer
