This company is ridiculous with any purchases. I ordered a hot tub cover that measured 77 inches which is what my hot tub is and they send me the box that states its 77 inches and the product inside only measures 60 inches. I submit for an exchange and its denied because the package is open. Who wouldnt open a package if the box states its the right size. I firmly believe they should exchange it with no issues but now I have to submit a claim. My pump was recalled for catching on fire which mine did and I patiently waited the time to get the replacement. I will never order from this company again. Their customer service is terrible.They dont even deserve 1 star

Called the right number and talked to the correct department and took care of all my trouble shoot needs. Responded quickly and accurately above all my expectations.

This company doesn't have replacement pumps for hot tubs.I have 2 inflatable hot tubs but no pump.So what good are my hot tubs Why do they only last 12 to 18 months.Here in PA it is too late to set up one now but I sure would love to have a pump next year What can you do for me???

They are very hard to reach or best to say unreachable. Ive called, emailed regarding my complaint and issue last year with their product (above ground pool) but no one ever reached out to me. Now, Im needing a new part still unreachable, no one will reach out to you. Seems to me they really make it difficult for the customer to have a ********************** representative on the other line when something in their product or parts fail. Im prompt to put a star. Of all the ********************** to not hear a human on the other side of the line is just really bad customer service experience for me. No star at all. Guaranteed Ill never purchase anything from Bestway again!

Can I grade this as a "NO STAR" A "ZERO STAR"?This company, BESTWAY INFLATABLES, is selling Full Size Air mattresses as ************** mattresses. The box has measurements as 80in L x 60in W x 20in H.The inflated actual size is 76"L x 54"W x 20"H *********** will only "EXCHANGE" only for the same thing. The ******* store where I made the purchase has the same policy. ******* will let you choose another brand of equal value. If you choose an Air Mattress that cost less, you "DO NOT". receive a refund for the difference. If you choose an Air Matress that cost more, you will have to PAY the difference. Beware, the QUEEN SIZE on the box is actually a FULL SIZE Air Mattress in the box.

This pool was a waste of money. I put the pool on a leveled ground and tried 3 times to get the pool to inflate but it never inflated. If I could give zero stars I would.

I spent many hours on phone calls to their ********************** regarding their ********************** Steel Pro *** 15 x 48 pool that I purchased. I have had nothing but trouble with this pool! FIRST, on the 1st time getting out of the pool I slipped on the top inside step and got my left foot stuck and my right foot was stuck on the outside top step. I was literally sitting on the top rim of the pool and couldn't move. I screamed for a very long time and finally some neighbors came by and helped me down. I then bought a different ladder that has a landing on the top for $85. THEN, the plug for inside the pool that goes to the filter did not fit! I ended up trying 4 times to get something from the Hardware Store that would work. I had spoken with several of Bestway's customer service people about this and one even said to just find a cork. He said that Bestway is out of stock for the correct size plug. THEN, the filter stopped working. I tried several times to fill out the Warranty Form on their website, since one of their people said it would be covered, to no avail. Finally, after speaking to the 4th CS person I was told that there's a problem on Bestway"s end and I cannot go any further to submit my claim. I even asked to speak to a supervisor but was told they weren't available and couldn't help me anyway until the problem is fixed on their website, which should take at least 4 days or more. Every time I asked to speak to a Supervisor I was told the same thing! All in all, it took 13 days to get a replacement filter pump. This has got to be the worst Company in my 68 years that I have had to deal with. Not only is their product of poor quality, but mainly their ********************** is horrible. I would never buy anything from them again!

Terrible company with terrible customer service. I bought an inflatable pool which wasnt holding the air. Because i only bought it one month ago and went to use it a third time, I called to see if they would replace it. The rude woman in ******* said they dont warranty or guarantee any inflatables and hung up when i asked for a manager. What a trashy third **** company
