I contracted for 2 large window shutters and vertical door blind. I was told it would take 5-6 weeks. It took eight. I gave them a deposit on 7/20/22 for *******. They installed the shutters on 9/9 and I paid the remaining balance of $1168.78 that day. The shutters are not the same size as the frame and they are falling apart. I have been unable to open one window shutter for over a week due to fear of other louvers coming loose. I have not received any communication from after repeated voice mail messages left for ************************* (the owner and the installer). I will probably have to pay another shutter company to fix the problem. I only wish I had checked their F rating and read the complaints on the BBB site. LIVE AND LEARN! That's ******* for shoddy workmanship and being ignored.Initial Complaint

Ordered blinds and shades 9/29/21 paid $3500 deposit. Told they would be installed in 6-8 weeks. After 10 weeks waiting and a couple of phone calls, the shades were installed. Now, about 16 weeks later and many phone calls, installer came yesterday with WRONG shutters and i was told it would be two more weeks . I asked for money back and was told we will take care of you and give you a great discount So, reading reviews on this business only to read that they do not even have a legitimate place in ************** and have numerous similar complaints. Their phone number i have for them is **************. I have been speaking to *******. Please help me resolve this. I just want them to finish the job or refund my money at this point.Initial Complaint

We placed an order with ************************* of Window Pro for plantation shutters in February 2021. We put down $1500, paid by check for a deposit and were quoted ***** weeks for delivery. I started checking on the status of our order in April, never hearing back. After numerous more tries, I received an email in June stating he's waiting for "30 plus orders to arrive in the next week or two". I then tried contacting him every month thereafter with no response. He doesn't answer his phone; his voicemail says to "call ****** for order updates" and when you call her, you get no answer or call back. We are almost a year out and would like our deposit back.Initial Complaint

1-27-21 ordered 2 shutters never received them as of today paid deposit of 600 on 1-27-22 check was cashed on 3-17-21
