Company's website provides no customer feedback process, and any contact forms or feedback forms redirect to the pizza order page. So, it is a somewhat shady way to not allow anyone to report issues that should be fixed. One large issue, is that the website reports curbside pickup available for locations that do not have that option. This leads the customer to follow instructions and report via the website that they have arrived to pickup a pizza, and that it will be brought out to them. Then, the location never receives this info and leaves the customer waiting indefinitely. I do not know if this can be fixed, as the manager at the ***** ** location refused to speak about it or report it to be fixed, and only stated that nothing could be done. When I asked to speak to the owner for him, he refused. So, there is no way to hold this location accountable, or to raise any issue to a level that could fix it.
