I have had a monthly membership with this place for years I have been a customer and every 5th my payment is due. On June 4 I went in to make payment with cash but the girl up front said she did not know how to accept cash so she could not accommodate my account for me so my account went delinquent. I had sent emails and called to try to fix this but the business ignores my emails I have had very few contact with them and they are not compensating me for their errors. I had asked them to wipe clean the amount they charged my account because I have not used them since June 4th and the mistake was on them. I wanted to restart with zero balance a new month and get back on track but their solution is remove the one month charged and the other I have to pay even though I did not use there facility, I contact them and they ignore my emails To resolution. They are very unprofessional and the fact that I have to go through this is unnecessary stress. None of this was my doing and I tried to pay my fee but was rejected due to lack of training. This is not how you treat a customer. The new management needs help.
