I was in *********, ******* for a wedding. I traded my pickup in, which had a tire almost fall off. Two logs were broken which I shared with the salesman, he stated in didnt matter. I bought a 2020 Ram Diesel 2500 it had ****** miles when I bought it on July 27, 2024. I have the paperwork that they said it went through a 125 point inspection signed that date. It also came with a lifetime warranty power train , motor, seals, transmission, drivetrain, etc. it also came with a 90 day ***** mile warranty that covered everything. On September ****** it would not start. I charged the battery contacted the salesman, he said take it to the local dodge dealership. I drove it in they got to it on 9/11/24 with ****** miles still within miles warranty. I had the truck for 43 days, after being diagnosed it needed 2 new batteries. Cost was $843.46. The dealership Planet Chrysler in ****************** 5190 N test Drive, refuses to honor their certified vehicle warranty. They say that I should cover the cost. It is not a factory warranty. I understand the power train lifetime warranty, this was a certified pre owned vehicle warranty that covers everything bumper to bumper including batteries. 2 batteries are not going to go bad within 43 days when they say they are good, its not cold weather yet which would expose bad batteries. Iam just asking for them to honor their warranty and item that they claim was inspected.I paid $843.46 in *************************************** dealer to make it operable

I was given a ***** blue book instant cash offer for $7,000. I took the instant cash offer to Planet Dodge ********* as per where the offer said to claim it. I was met by a car salesman *****. He offered me thousands less for the vehicle stated they would need refurbish the vehicle. He stated to me that they would submit payment for the remainder of the loan that day. Which was a Thursday. On Monday I called the financed Bridgecrest to confirm payment was received and they told me it had not. I called the dealership about not sending the payment yet. They stated that it had to be mailed. On Tuesday I called Bridgecrest. *********** stated that they had received the check but the dealership did not give an address to mail the title to. On Wednesday I called the dealership and relayed this information to *****. ***** said he would let their title department know. Today Tuesday I called Bridgecrest to confirm the dealership has given an address to mail the title to. Bridgecrest stated they had received no correspondence from planet dodge. Planet dodge is not following through and doing their part in a timely manner while holding onto my vehicle. Planet dodge is not communicating with the lender as per their agreement so I can receive payment for the vehicle I sold them. I would like to request assistance obtaining payment from Bridgecrest for the vehicle I sold them.

      To whom it may concern,

I have left numerous messages for *********************** this week. I would like to get any issues resolved with ********************** pay off and refund from Planet.

The process for purchases with a lien payoff.
      1. Planet sends payoff to bank.
      2. The bank processes the payoff (this can take up to several days to weeks depending on the bank)
      3. The bank sends an electronic lien release to the state the vehicle is titled in.
      4. The state the vehicle is titled in releases the lien and provides dealership with free and clear title.
      5. When Dealership receives title clear of all liens, dealership provides customer
with a check for any remainder balances.

This process can take up to several weeks depending on the bank and the State and how fast they process the paperwork.
Planet has followed up with the bank Bridge crest which has processed payment and has claimed to send the lien release to the ****************. As of this morning we are waiting to receive a lien free title from the state. Planet is in need of the title as well we cannot sell this vehicle until we receive this.
I would like to speak with ******************** and get him his money as soon as possible. I will continue to call ******************** or he can reach me anytime at the dealership ************.

      Sincerely
      ***********************
