Went in for a full panel screening. Because of cost payments were offered to be split up. $500 was the agreed upon amount for service, however I ended up getting billed a random 3rd time for $250.I called march 29th, talked to receptionist, she couldn't make sense of it and told me she'd ask her boss. I called the next day after not hearing back, the receptionist forgot to ask her boss and said she'd ask and get back to me. We're a month later now, ive called a few times and nobody picks up their phone.Business response

I apologize for the confusion, also for the front desk not being able to give you clear answers. In the future, please feel free to ask for ***** or ******, and we can get you all of the answers. After looking at your purchase history, you were charged $500 for a full body blood panel. It looks like ***** was able to break that up into 2 payments for you, around your paycheck schedule. The extra $250 was for 90 days of medication after your follow up discussion with *****, based on your bloodwork results. However, I did just call Synergist Pharmacy, and it looks like the script was never picked up. I have asked them to restock it, and we will refund the $250 for the 90 days of medication. If you would like to continue in the future, it will be quickly called back in. For the confusion, we will add 2 free IM injections to your file that you can use on a day that works for you. Thank you again for coming in.
