This company is not only unprofessional and fraudulent it is actually dangerous. On September 8, 2022 I hired JWF Roofing to repair roof underlayment prior to solar installation. The owner *** **** gave me great promises about the quality of their work and commitment to followup if there were any problems or issues. On September 28, 2022 the contractor who serviced our dryer vent told me there were problems with our roof and showed me pictures of misplaced tiles and cracked concrete caps. I contacted *** ****, showed him the pictures. and requested he look at it. He told me it wasn't a problem. After another 5 calls to request him to look at the roof he either didn't respond or said he'd come out but never did. I gave up on him maki g good on his word. Due to some wind damage in another section of the roof I hired another roofing company on November 3, 2033 to make repairs. As they got into the roof they informed me that I have BIG problems due to terrible quality work done by JWF. He said "they not only did not repair your roof they damaged your roof". He showed me multiple pictures of shoddy and dangerous conditions caused by JWF that would guarantee water intrusion. I now will have to replace the entire roof which is 15 years old because of damage done by JWF. JWF should refund the $6000 I paid them. I was taken by a glad handing con man.

Lack of communication after one of their 'hired' drivers disrespected our property and we never heard from ***/owners to discuss the incident. After SEVERAL calls, money was received for damage by an 'employee' but lack of contact by the owner for details of the scenario shows indifference to his potential customers.

I was very disappointed by ***********. At the beginning of our relationship they were very accurate. They arrived at the promised time and the ************ was at work. But half way of the roofing they let us wait for several weeks and we had to call them every day. Finally they showed up again to finish the roofing, what was not very good, the tiles were not closed together. Because we had to wait so long they added another service to the contract, to replace a beam in the front yard. We agreed and (unfortunately) paid in full. It took countless emails and calls what were not answered, finally after 6 months they came to replace the beam. By replacing the beam they were hammering so strong, that an antique chair in the garage fell from the rack and broke. They didn't care about that at all. Then it took again 4 months of calls and emails what were never answered. Even letters were not answered, the address was only a postbox. The contract was on July 2022, on July 2023 I finally hired another company to paint the beam; I sent JWF an invoice, but again no answer. This is not a reliable company what you can trust.

JWF Roofing was amazing! They came out and gave me a quote one day after I called and completed the job the day after that! They were polite, on time, thorough and very efficient! I highly recommend them for your roofing needs!
