      ****. My wife was overcharged for plan, by $100 and not provided with higher dose of medication. Medication was usually warm and ice packs totally thawed. Tried to cancel, first told didnt complete agreement. After I showed proof of completing 2 months, then told I was 2 days late for 14 days before renewal. They charge you 2 weeks before sending medication, so that once you receive shipment it is too late to cancel. This way they keep your subscription going. Also, providers never actually personally evaluate or speak with patients

      I thankfully did not go with their expensive plan although I just needed a receipt for my FSA acct. and they are unresponsive just for a receipt. I kind of knew it was a SCAM when the person that did the video chat was a really larger guy and would not directly look into the camera or was unable to answer any questions. If I could leave negative stars I would.

      This is a scam website with no customer service, They ripped me off 400$..Charged me and never sent the product, I WOULD NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY IS I WAS YOU

      ShedRx is a scam. The are not easily responsive when you are trying to cancel service. There is no way to cancel service online. You cannot remove your card information from their website. Every time I have called, it says that they are having a high call volume and will get back to me in 24 hours. To cancel they send you an email with a link, when you click on link you need to type in CANCEL where password is. This is the only way to cancel, well hoping as I just did it the other day. Still being sent one more prescription, again hoping this is the last. complete waste of money.

      I'm in the sane boat as the others complaining about SHED shady practices. This company is a complete fraud. They will not allow me to cancel. Once they have your card they keep charging. You can't reach a human. You get a text stating you signed a commitment but I do not recall any commitment. I don't have the money to keep having it taken out. I moved on and back to a company that works and though I have to pay out of pocket more the dose us correct. Don't do business with this company.

      I used ShredRx for several months but am now going to ********* for an extended stay and need to cancel. ShredRx makes this VERY difficult. Their support email is undeliverable. Texts are answered by a robot with no acknowledgment of my request. Be very careful about giving this company your credit card information. I am contesting any future charges.

      This company is a complete scam. There is no way to remove you credit card information. I've left several messages and emails stating I want to cancel and want a refund. They took money for two orders and I have not received them. Only when I told them I wanted to cancel did they send an email saying they were having shipping issues. The last order date was aug24th it is now Oct 3rd. You just now realized there was a shipping issue. I want my refund and I want to cancel. I canceled my credit card because I cant remove from their site and don't trust them.

      Charved me bur did not send perscription. You can't reach anyone by phone or text They totally ignore you. I feel like it is a scam because they are fast to take your money but after that good luck getting any response.

Every time I have called, it says that they are having a high call volume and will get back to me in 24 hours, but have not gotten back to me regarding my request for cancellation. They have responded to ask why I want to cancel but have not confirmed the cancellation. I want to cancel this service immediately before they charge my card for another month. The payment is scheduled to be taken on 9/30, however, I have given plenty of notice that I would like to cancel and my card should not be charged. I have also texted them several times with no response to the cancellation request. The only response I got was asking why I wanted to cancel. At this point I still have not heard back.

      I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from ShedRx. Despite paying for both a prescription and their so-called "VIP service," the customer service has been slow, ineffective, and almost nonexistent. I have repeatedly requested to cancel my account, but it feels like they arent even reading my messages or emails. When I paid for their services, I expected timely communication and fulfillment of the items I needed. The necessary supplies (needles and instructions) were not included in the shipment. It took an additional week for these critical items to arrive, and during that time, I was given vague responses like "the pharmacy is working on it." This is not what I would expect from a service that claims to offer premium, customer-centric care.Their email and text responses were not only slow, but they also failed to address the actual issues with my account. When I informed them about the missing supplies, they had no idea what was going on and basically told me to reach out to ***** about the medicine, even though I had already received the medication (without the necessary supplies). This kind of disconnect and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as important as healthcare.Considering the high cost I paid for their "VIP" service, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I am trying to cancel my subscription and feel that my concerns have been entirely ignored. They keep telling me that I need to pay for another month to fulfill my agreement. They did not fulfill their end of the agreement, so they need to not uphold me by ordering another month from them. At this point I feel like ShedRx needs to seriously rethink its approach to customer service and refund me at least 50% of my original payment.
