What a breath of fresh air! Our community in ********, ** is very well represented by ***************** and her associates at Choice. Our maintenance issues are handled expediently and both the members and board are kept updated with timely communications. I want to specifically mention how well the grounds and landscaping are taken care of in our ************ community. It makes me proud to be an owner here. A major plus is how this management company has been able to maintain low monthly dues while our community is very well run. Bravo!Review from Melissa M

Choice management is an exceptional company to manage your properties/HOA. This company is by far the best! They manage 2 HOAs which I am the president of both and our boards have been very impressed by their professionalism, knowledge and caring attitudes. A member recently gave a bad review and it was false. The matter concerns landscaping and our professional landscaper and board agrees theres nothing wrong with the lanscape. I recommend this company to anyone seeking management.Review from Linda P

************* I have notified them for months now about the gardening in front of my condo.The tree is DEAD the oranges are black.My bushes are dying. The he sprinklers aren't working.The stones are all missinig.One **** in front has been cut down so much it's less the half the size of the other ****

***** lives in ********, *******. A professional landscaper has been by her property and stated that the tree looks good. The Community Manager routinely visits the community and looks at her unit, there are never any issues. Today is Saturday, August 31st. We are at the end of another hot summer. Todays high will be 107. Because ***** has given this bad review (second one so far), I dropped what I was doing on my personal day off during a holiday weekend to visit her property to see perhaps the manager did indeed miss something. I found the bushes meticulously manicured, the orange tree in good health, there is not one gravel out of place, there is not one spot or area that is in need of more gravel. Some plants do appear to be a little stressed, but overall they are healthy and will likely be pruned once the temperature drops. The plants are getting water. The landscapers did remove a dead branch from the orange tree, so there is an open gap facing her window. This fall the tree will fill in nicely. In June of this year, ***** called our office over 25 times in on day for the same complaint. We spoke to the landscaper, and he was out there on a Saturday, trimmed the tree and left. We called *****, she said she saw them come out but of course is still unhappy. We spoke to ***** for awhile but unfortunately I dont think she listened to a word we said, when we had the opportunity to say something. It appears ***** is fixated again on the landscape! The Board President just called saying she talked to ***** and confirmed there is nothing wrong with the tree. The landscaper (who also dropped everything to go see the tree and check the water) called and said ***** told him that the management told her the dead tree will not be removed because the *** has no money which is not true. She went on to say that the doctors are trying to kill her and that her family stole her money.Sadly this is not a landscape issue.Review from Toni T

Choice Community Association Management has been with our community for 14 years. Prior to them coming on property, we had gone through many management companies and things were chaotic. Choice Community brought a since of stability and a wealth of experience and knowledge. I have had interactions with Choice, both as a homeowner and a Board member, and the response times, quality guidance and problem solving far exceeds the industry standard. Choice has respect for every homeowner and values feedback from the community as a whole. This has enabled our neighbors to feel like they are an important part of the process in making our community a great place to live. If you are looking for a management company that is very ethical, well-versed in the ******* statutes governing HOAs, professional and caring, then Choice Community Association Management should be your first call! Choice Community has been managing our *** at the Biltmore since 2010. Prior to this, the *** has gone thru 5 management companies in 9 years, Choice being the 6th. The last management company being one of the largest in the valley, we had 6 managers in 3 years. Since day one with Choice the homeowners noticed a difference in management style. Due to their outstanding service, Choice now manages 3 additional communities here at the Biltmore. We've owned our condo for 12 years and have been involved with 4 other management companies and this is the best by far. If we email a question, ***** promptly responds. Some times it's within an hour or two but never more than a day. ***** is the best!Choice Community Association Management Inc Response

Choice community management is one of the best property management companies I have worked with over the last several years. They are very responsive and get back to you within a few hours of leaving them a message. They have been managing my community for the last four or five years and do an extraordinary job. I have worked with them as a board member and also a homeowner. We have had many challenges and they have always been there too help us out. I would highly recommend them to any community looking for a management company with many years of experience and expertise.Review from Stacia P
