Like in posts before, never buy a used car here. They are your friends until you buy. Car salesman make things up about the car - however they are not very knowledgeable. When you go back to address the issue, they fill you with false promises to get you to leave. Ive never heard back from anyone, even after messaging the general manager. Disappointed.

Very unimpressed with their service department. Bought a brand new XC 40 from them two years ago just about. On the car came Pirelli - scorpion tires. This past week I noticed chunks of my tires missing, one chunk being so large the wiring was showing on the tire. Called the dealership because this looked like something that was a manufacturing defect. Was told to bring my car in and they would write a claim to ******* in hopes that my tires would be replaced because - per the service guy - this is a common problem with these specific tires from Pirelli. My car has been in the shop for the last 5 days and I finally get a call yesterday telling me that I need to purchase the SAME tires from Volvo in order for them to be able to submit the claim to Pirelli, so they can send them the tires for inspection. It is also going to take two months for ******* to get back to me on if they will deny or accept my claim and reimburse me. Why would I want to purchase FOUR of the same tires at a jacked up hire price from this company if these tires are KNOWN to do this to people? And then sit around for two months in HOPES they accept my claim. The service manager said this is the best they could do for me despite this being a common problem they have, it being a brand new car and these being the tires they had originally put on vehicle when purchased. Mind you, the tires aren't even needed to be changed yet and I would not have to spending this money if I was given faulty tires to begin with. Absolute unimpressed. Also, let's stop putting these tires on peoples vehicles if this is a common problem?

Never buy a used car from this dealership! My wife purchased a $30,000 used XC40 and it had defective tires that were unsafe to drive on. I noticed the problem and took to a nearby Volvo Dealer, Courtesy Volvo in ********** *******. Courtesy Volvo identified the defective tires and gave my wife a written inspection recommending the Arrowhead Volvo dealer replace the tires. Since the car was unsafe to drive I replaced the tires in my neighborhood and send the inspection and receipt to *****************************. He accused the Courtesy Volvo dealer of trying to upsale me new tires and did nothing about my $832.81 tire expense. If my wife would have had a blowout on the highway and sustained an injury I would be taking this dealership to court! I could not imagine a dealer that would ignore defective tires on a car they sell. This is a new low!!
