On 04/28/2023 I went to JcPenney for eyeglasses. I waited 4 weeks, but never got the glasses. I did however receive the bill for $470.00. I cancelled the order and took the JcPenney prescription to ******** They refunded the cost of the eyegasses, but NOT THE *** EXAM charge of $75.00.******* made the glasses acording to the JcPenney prescription. I saw double, got sick with headaches. They told me to go back to JcPenney to have the prescription redone. The results were that I no longer saw double, but close up reading was blurry.I went to ******* for the glasses. They examined my eyes and provided a prescription which was used to make the lenses. WHEN I GOT THE GLASSES THEY WERE RIGHT!!I went back to JcPenney and asked them to refund their prescription charges of $75.00. They said they would have to speak to their supervisor and that they would call me, they never did!I called again, now they told me that the eye doctor would call me, NO ONE CALLED!!They must believe that their delay tactic would make me give up trying to be reimbursed for their faulty prescription. This is why I am filing this complaint. I beleive they owe me $75.00,
