Precise mattress has failed to keep three separate appointments to inspect my mattress. Two out of the three times they did not show the professional courtesy to contact me and let me know that they would need to reschedule, The time that I did speak with *********************** to reschedule he was professional and apologetic that the initial appointment was not met with no notification. We scheduled a time and all was set until ***** call back a day before to reschedule for a 7am to 9am window on a Saturday. I let him know that I would need the tech to arrive towards the latter part of the window to which ***** agreed. I received a call from the tech at 630 am and a message was left but the tech never came to the door. I contacted ***** that day and he stated he would reach out to the tech and seek to have him return. That did not happen. The next time I tried to contact ***** he would not answer the phone and was extremely rude and unprofessional while texting me. Finally an appointment was set for a Sunday and of course the tech was a no show and no call. I contacted precise mattress several times via phone and email prior to the appointment because I knew the inspection was not going to be completed. No call back no email from a supervisor. So I am asking that the BBB step in to help find an amicable resolution.Initial Complaint

2/7/2024 ******** requested Precise Mattress conduct a home inspection of a defective mattress. 2/27/24 Precise Mattress made first contact with me to schedule inspection. Precise Mattress first available date was 3/13/24, 8-10 am. I accepted appt. but had to reschedule medical and tax appts to 3/20/24 and 3/27/24. 3/13/24 9:45 am Precise Mattress sent a TEXT message to cancel appointment. Precise Mattress ASKED to reschedule appt on 3/14/24 or 3/15/24. We selected 3/14/24. 3/14/24 7:15 AM again cancelled appt via TEXT message. Precise Mattress contact via TEXT was to schedule appt for 3/20/24 or 3/27/24. We could not accept 3/20/24 or 3/27/24 appt. After 4 unsuccessful attempts I had phone contact with ***************************** store manager. Since Precise Mattress was available on 3/15/24, I again altered my plans as manager stated he could arrange for inspection to be completed on 3/15/24. Precise Mattress was NO SHOW, NO CALL,NO TEX Inspection NEVER occurred even though store manager. Store manager had not completed any follow up on 3/15/24 or 3/18/24 regarding Precise Manager not completing 3/15/24 inspection. If so many mattress inspections are required then BBB I would like to recommend an investigate all inspections completed by Precise Mattress, what company produces the mattresses and corrective actions implemented. Precise Mattress only conducts business via TEXT MESSAGES. They will NOTrespond to phone calls made to *************.
