Van Rooy plumbing came out to fix a bathroom plumbing blockage on March 23rd, 2022. The problem was allegedly fixed at that time. After a few days the same blockage problem slowly started occurring again. Van Rooy plumbing came out on April 12th to again fix the problem, which was allegedly fixed at that time. 4 days later, the plumbing was backed up again. I called and spoke with the *******. I explained that I wanted the problem fixed but I wasn't going to pay for a third visit since I'd already paid $588.25 total at that point for an issue that wasn't resolved. I was told by the ******* that he would come out personally on April 18th, at no charge, to "look at the problem". Consequently, no paperwork was signed or given when he arrived or left, it was a handshake only. After running a camera down the water line in the front yard, he explained what the problem was. We left it at that, no expectations of actually getting the issue fixed, which still exists. 2 weeks later, I received a partial **** of $149 for the "free visit". I explained to the receptionist that no paperwork was signed, or a receipt given that day, as this was a courtesy visit. She said she would have the ******* call me, which never happened. I now get a **** emailed to me every month for a visit that was supposed to be free, and random calls from presumably the receptionist to get me to pay.
