I was referred to ***** Legal Docs by my boyfriend who said he helped her in a case before and she was good. But after paying her, I just stopped hearing from her. I called and texted her multiple times with no response. I was getting nervous because my case was coming up and I had no idea if she was actually working on it or not. I wrote a message on her ******** letting her know I was trying to contact her and have been for a while and she deleted it. I emailed her and she finally responded and said she mailed off my paperwork (which is a lie because its been months later and it never came). She also lied and said she got no messages from me and I sent her a screenshot showing her that I did. I told her I need a refund and she sent it but she just left a bad taste in my mouth. She had weeks to get my paperwork done and she had terrible communication. On top of that she lied so many times and came up with so many excuses as to why she wasnt doing her job. Im very disappointed and would not recommend this businesses to anyone who actually values their time and money. Go to someone who will actually get the job done and who actually takes their work serious. Go to someone who values their customers. This business clearly does not.Initial Complaint

I paid $300 to Linds Legal Docs via Zelle on April 12, 2022. The company was supposed to have started my divorce paperwork and mail it for signature to me and my husband. ******************* stated multiple times that she had sent the documents but they never came. She then stopped answering my messages. Finally, I asked her to please just give me a refund as she was never sending what was needed. I asked multiple times for resolution and all of the requests went unanswered. I have proof via Zelle that I can provide reflecting the payment. Not only will she not provide the service she also will not refund me or answer me. At this point, I want my money back
