They have a $50 tire rebate. They denied my submission because I was "Missing the purchase price" (I uploaded a photo of the receipt, which included the price). They say you can upload the missing document online, but there's no submission button. They say you can call them on the phone, but when you do there's a labyrinthine maze to get to a representative, and when you do, it just says "We are closed." The only option left is to mail in the rebate, which I'm assuming will conveniently get lost in the mail.Initial Complaint

I purchased 4 General Tires from Discount Tire March 31, 2022. They allegedly came with a $50 rebate card. I received the card but cannot activate it online or over the phone. The recording says the data entered is incorrect, but I typed exactly what is printed. I think they are sending out fake cards!
