Ordered 4x CBD Watermelon Gummies 900 mg- 60 Count from Hit Point Labs website on June 26, 2023. Order # is ********** Hi Point Labs charged my Mastercard a total amount of $179.91 on June 27, 2023.No delivery of product as of August 15, 2023.Checked **** tracking info which states Tuesday, July 18, 2023 **** Awaiting Item, shipping label created from ****, **.Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at 12:41 AM, "Pre Transit", **** ** No further updates from **** since July 19, 2023.I have called Hi Point Labs x2 and left two voice mails with purchase information and request to return my call. No response.I would like my order delivered asap, and if company is unable to send product (x4), then request a refund/credit of $179.91 returned to my Credit Card.Hi Point Labs is being disrespectful to its loyal customers by not responding or communicating. This is an unethical, fraudulent business practice scandal that deserves punishment.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

I order CBD Oil Pet Formula.Was billed on May29th.I never received my order. Contacted company on June8,June 12 and June 13th. On June 12th received a email from *************************/CO Founder ********************************* phone ************. We will look into now.Not another word.Got a review to review my product I never got! Let them know again I never got product.
