Probably one of the worst home care agencies Ive ever heard of and experienced. Especially the ********** location, theres a guy named *****, *****, and ********, who oversee that location. ***** has always been confrontational and rude with caretakers and clients most times is for no reason. *****, ***, is never aware of everything happening within the office and when she has to get involved, she is very unfair to the employees. Lastly, ********, Manager, was more helpful than the other two but seemed more interested in taking clients in for the money the company gets. She didnt give off the impression that she really wants to see clients genuinely improve. I have witnessed the kind of environment and care this company puts out and is hostile and insensitive to put it in simpler terms.
