              Medident supplies took my $ and never delivered my product . I ordered covid rapid test kits I need to visit my mom in a nursing home. I have to show proof of a negative test each time I enter. Now Medident Supplies won't answer my calls - they all go to voicemail- or emails or any inquiry. The way I see it, they took advantage of a 93 year old woman. Idiots DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM they will RIP YOU OFF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

              Placed an order for $500 in COVID tests Jan 2. The website said that the product would ship in 5-7 days. (The website currently says the same thing.) After 10 days I started calling, emailing, and attempting live chat with no response for more than a week. Finally got a response that said they were receiving a shipment last week and that I'd have it by this week. No shipment notification and no updates. I'm waiting until the 1-month **** before filing a claim with AMEX.

              Very poor service. I ordered $400 worth of Covid test kits Jan9th2021. $200 ******** brand were listed as next day shipping, the other $200 ***** brand were listed as shipping in two weeks. It is now the 19th and I have received nothing but telephone and email promises. Very kind very nice phone and email conversations, but no actual results. The **** tracking number provided a week after placing the order, STILL shows "**** waiting for package" after 10 days and by now I should actually have received the product from the first order, I only live 150 miles away. To this day the items still show no progress in shipping, have not been received by shipper, and I have received nothing after nearly two weeks. Extremely disappointed and very concerned as to whether I will ever receive any product after spending over $400 total for the products.

              Don't trust anything on this business's website about at home COVID tests. They claim next day shipping as advertised on their website. It's been 8 days since I ordered and nothing has been shipped. when you can get a response from them, they lie and say it's in the mail. when you check the tracking number, you can clearly see from the **** nothing has shipped. how horrible of a business to operate during a national health emergency like this.
