The wind from Hurricane *** damage my home on 08/29/21 causing the ceiling to fall in my home. This company accessed for bacteria in my home on 09/25/21. 09/28/21 this company had me initial about ***** line document stating what they were going to do and provide a $1,000 deposit and that they would **** directly to the insurance company. This company never provided an estimate of cost nor how long services would take. During services, they broke a window and tore up cabinets that would be reused for rebuilding my home. The owner is stated he inflates his **** because he knows how to work the system when dealing with the insurance. 10/18/21 this company had me sign a full contract and still no estimate attached to contract. On 10/24/21, an invoice of $81,957 for mitigation and $6,554 for pack out was sent by email for this company. The owner has sent threatening text messages and emails demanding his payment. My house is maybe about **** sq ft and there is absolutely no way mitigation services cost that much. The amount for mitigation is going at $15k-$25k for mitigation. Something needs to be done about this. This guy has come to *******, ********* and scammed plenty people out of their insurance money. Im left with no money to rebuild because his invoice has ate up 50%-60% of my insurance policy. This guy needs to charge the market rate for services or lose his licensing and business for fraud. Im providing screenshots of his invoice, emails, text messages and when the contract was signed on 10/18/21 and not in September when the services started.Business response
