      I contacted ****** the owner of the company to complete a replacement of drywall on my house entrance ceiling, to replace, install and paint the new drywall should be $850, he asked me for a down payment and I paid $425 as a down payment in order the work to start.After that based on the review and the damage to the holding beams he suggests to replace the two holding beams so he can provide ensure the work for two years, he sent me a new detailed document that shows the total cost of the project will be $3838.28, so he asked me for a down payment so he can order the lumbers, I paid another $1494 on 05.24.2022, which mean as of 05.24.2022 he received $1919 from me as a down payment and he advised me that it will take a couple of weeks to deliver the lumbers and a week later the work should be done, I contact him after three weeks asking for updates because nothing is going on with the project, after multiple phone calls, text message with no answer he answered me and he advised me that he was on a vacation and he sent me a work order to show that the lumber will be delivered now on 07.13.2022 and the work will start on 07.18.2022, I reached out to him on 07.14.2022 because nothing was delivered and again no answer, on 07.15.2022 he sent me an email saying that there is another delay and we should have an update from the provider of the lumbers by Tuesday 07.19.2022, and yet nothing is happending, I called and text him multipl times and I sent him a several emails but there is no response from him at all, all his communcation on the last one a half month is via text and he never answer my calls, I asked him to cancel the work and refund me my money and yet no answer for a few days so far.I can share the emails, text messages, and calls I made to talk to him but there are no responses from him at all.
