I filed a complaint yesterday. However, since then things have changed and I have not heard from the Better Business Bureau. This company took control of our dish TV and our ***************************** When we had not paid, they posed as us as consumers and shut off our **************** And then also try to shut off our dish TV. We then paid them $300. So that we could get our service back. This company is posing as a geek squad that would help if we had issues with electronics, but they are the ones who caused the issues . We did not authorize our Internet or our dish TV to be turned off.Initial Complaint

A person came to our door trying to sell us tech support on Dish and Century Link accounts. We gave them all of the account information and signed a contract. Then we heard that this was a fraudulent company and didnt pay. They are calling us daily and even came to our house. Today the on call company put our internet on vacation mode without our authorization. We are worried about what they can do next and do not want their services.Initial Complaint

I signed up for what I thought was a phone service, it was explained to me that my phone service would be cheaper and better. A box was installed in our home, but after only about a week it was not working correctly and removed from the home. I have been being charged $35 a month for tech support that I dont need. I have called repeatedly and the company doesnt have a way to explain what their service is to me. I realize that I signed a contract for 24 months, but would like to see if we can resolve this since I dont use the service. I cannot afford to keep paying this contract for the remainder of the terms.Initial Complaint

On 5.24.22 my uncle allowed a door-to-door salesman, Chenz, into his home because the salesman said *** Communications was taking down his ********** service box the next day (false ***** ***** company could help him avoid that from happening. My uncle told the salesman that his niece was his POA and handled all his services and paid his bills. The salesman ignored this information and continued to pressure my uncle, stating he needed to sign up with him so he didn't lose his phone and TV service (false *****. My uncle wrote a $50 check and a credit card # to the salesman and signed his form. After the salesman left, my uncle felt like he didn't know what he signed up for and was afraid he was going to lose his *** Communications **********. He called and cancelled the credit card so no transactions could post to it because he felt like he had been scammed. On 5.26.22, the door-to-door salesman showed up at his house and demanded payment since the credit card transaction didn't process. My uncle told him he didn't want the service but the salesman said he signed a contract and had to pay. My uncle felt physically and verbally threated so he panicked and wrote the salesman another check for $670.00, the balance due on the 24 month contract, so that the salesman would leave his home. On 5.27.22, I called the company on my uncle's behalf and spoke to *******************************. I stated that my uncle was not able to make these type of decisions and that I was his POA. I told him we wanted to cancel the service agreement & requested a refund. ******* stated we would get the refund but it would take a couple of weeks to process. On 6.14.22, I contacted ******* about the status of the refund and was told they would not provide it since my uncle didn't call to cancel.
