I filed a complaint yesterday. However, since then things have changed and I have not heard from the Better Business Bureau. This company took control of our dish TV and our ***************************** When we had not paid, they posed as us as consumers and shut off our **************** And then also try to shut off our dish TV. We then paid them $300. So that we could get our service back. This company is posing as a geek squad that would help if we had issues with electronics, but they are the ones who caused the issues . We did not authorize our Internet or our dish TV to be turned off.

A person came to our door trying to sell us tech support on Dish and Century Link accounts. We gave them all of the account information and signed a contract. Then we heard that this was a fraudulent company and didnt pay. They are calling us daily and even came to our house. Today the on call company put our internet on vacation mode without our authorization. We are worried about what they can do next and do not want their services.

I signed up for what I thought was a phone service, it was explained to me that my phone service would be cheaper and better. A box was installed in our home, but after only about a week it was not working correctly and removed from the home. I have been being charged $35 a month for tech support that I dont need. I have called repeatedly and the company doesnt have a way to explain what their service is to me. I realize that I signed a contract for 24 months, but would like to see if we can resolve this since I dont use the service. I cannot afford to keep paying this contract for the remainder of the terms.

On 5.27.22, I called the company on my uncle's behalf and spoke to *******************************. I stated that my uncle was not able to make these type of decisions and that I was his POA.
