I went to Superior Dispensary, at *********************************, to buy some marijuana. The cashier suggested a buy one get one free deal on the T2 LIVE HASH ROSIN AND 1G. The deal was you get 2 separate grams for the price of one. I chose to purchas that deal. They put your purchas in a blackout bag so you cant see whats in tge bag. When I got home I realized they only put one gram in the bag and charged me the regular inflated price. I didn't get the deal I paid for. I called the dispensary to advise them of the error. The manager "*******" told me to come back for a refund. When I arrived at the Dispensary the second time The manager ******* was verry rude to me and refused to give me a refund. I was ripped off because I don't get what I thought I was paying for. The manager ******* called the security, ******************* guard to have me removed from the property. I reported the incident to the police, incident # *********** Officer ****** *****, and will be filing a lawsuit soon.Initial Complaint

As a medical patient I regularly must visit this company for medicinal treatment towards a health condition I currently suffer from. This company continues to make purchasing my medicine difficult. Theyve taken away my discounts, raising my prices and doing absolutely nothing to resolve my customer issues. Today they changed my membership making it to expensive to purchase my medicine. Regularly having these bad experiences has been causing further complications with my medical condition. I feel as a loyal customer and medical patient I should not be subject to this treatment. Corporate should take action when they are contacted regarding the mistreatment. However, they never fulfill the responsibility to resolve. Therefore as a helpless member of society and customer to this place Ive reached my final option of resolve.
