Super Star car wash very, very dishonest company. They continue to charge my account $25 a month even though I canceled the subscription. To make matters worse they charged $14.95 to cancel the subscription and it's not canceled. I haven't received any emails for an explanation or refund.Super Star Car Wash Response

Our apologies for the confusion. Super Star Car Wash does not charge for canceling an account. It has come to our attention that there is a vendor, not affiliated with Super Star Car Wash that charges a fee for that service. Customers can cancel an account at no charge by simply going to the official Super Star Car Wash website or by going to ********************************, and sending us a **************** Request. When I started here I loved it, the people were great and the job was fun. As time went by I started to notice more and more corruption within the company. The district manager of the ************** is the biggest narcissist on the face of the earth. She demands respect but refuses to show that respect to her peers. She will yell at her employees and demand better results from her sales people but will do next to nothing to help them get on the right track. She will fire employees who stand up for themselves in a heartbeat and think she is doing the right thing. The job is super fun, but the higher *** are some of the most unprofessional people I have ever met. I would wish the company luck but its a forest fire that is rapidly expanding.Super Star Car Wash Response

In February, I went to get my car washed. The kid asked if I wanted a subscription. I specifically said "no". Now I see a charge on my accoun for Super Star Car Wash... and they have been chargin my card every month since February. $224 is what they owe me. Do not go to this business. They either pressure their employees to do this, or incentivize their employees to do this... either way it is shady at best - fraudulent and illegal otherwise.Super Star Car Wash Response

We used the Superstar car wash on ******************************************** until we left in Mar 2021 to move to *******. We had purchased one of the washes where you can come in once a week and get a wash. Before we left we stopped by ********* and ask them to cancel it and they said they did. Then 19 months later, Aug 27, 2022 they start charging my credit card and it has been a fight to get the charges cancelled. I finally had to cancel the credit card to get it stopped. This company does not care about the customer. They are just about foolery. In fact, this is absolute FRAUD. Cannot contact anyone and cannot get to file a report on ************************************************************************ because I dont even remember my license plate # from Az and you cannot complete form without it. Today at 5:40pm I visited this car wash and the man that was guiding cars as Im driving into car wash he makes a gesture to hand me dash wipe so I roll my window down to grab it as I am about to put my car in neutral and my car gets pushed forward as my window is still down , the inside of my car gets all wet. He didnt even signal me to put into neutral yet. Explain how he is handing me the dash wipe and car pushes forward with no time for a reaction but to roll up my window and then put in neutral. He starts yelling at me to put in neutral and I was telling him it was in neutral. I was very upset because obviously something went wrong. My car went through with no car wash so I went around and a different man was there to let me in and I explained the incident and with a really nasty attitude he said that the other guy doesnt have to tell me to put my car into neutral, he said he just has to make the gesture. I said well how could he make a gesture if he was handing me the dash wipe!! I was so upset, I said what !!! That makes no sense! He continued with the attitude and Im not gonna lie I was upset and said F.. U and rolled my window up. He said youre not getting a car wash and told me to drive through the car wash.i told him to guide me because I didnt want to ruin my tires or rims and he refused to guide me. He didnt say put car in neutral or anything. I know I shouldnt have said FU but if you were there to witness his bad attitude anyone would get upset. My tire and rim kept hitting something. Im sorry but that general manager is going to lose a lot of business for this company. The inside of my car was wet and damage to my rim.Super Star Car Wash Response

One of there drivers tailgated me for 3 miles on the freeway. Right on my bumper! Then he goes around and cuts me off almost causing an accident. He continued weaving in and out of traffic, going at least 25 mph over speed limit. Company uses idiots like this how can you trust them?Super Star Car Wash Response

Be careful using a credit card!!! My card was used monthly $20.95 for a so-called membership which was NEVER AUTHORIZED by me. Impossible to get through to anyone in customer service. Check the ********************, there is a reason they have a 1 star rating, If I could have checked a ZERO to get to this review box I would have.Super Star Car Wash Response

I went to the SuperStar location on ******** and ********, I witnessed a customer that was not happy with his wash so he requested the manager with the counter clerk, she radioed someone who was outside with the crew that was cleaning the cars and advised her that he had told the customer not to come back that wasnt how I would have expected a manager to handle a customer. Fast forward to me waiting for my car to be ready once ready I noticed that the windows had streaks and water spots, the body of the car has grease stains, so I asked the lady who was last to touch the car if she could fix, there was a language barrier so she got another coworker to come over his immediate response was that they didnt do that my car was brand new off the lot and only 3 days old, and i told him that only for him to say well you better take it back to the dealership needless to say I will not be going back there and I encourage that the executive leadership reevaluate who they have in management representing their brand.Super Star Car Wash Response
