I believe this business is fraudulent now that *** done my research and unfortunately I have already given them my personal information. They sent me emails asking for I-9 completion and direct deposit information, they even sent me to a clinic to take a drug test. But I havent heard anything from the actual recruiter about the job.Business response

Hello *******,
I am surprised and disappointed to read that you believe we are a "fraudulent" company, and that you feel the need to post that online. It sounds like we have done everything that we said we would do. We initially connected with you 8 days ago, and have been moving you through the recruitment process to start a position with our client. Our records show that you have completed all your steps, and everything looks good.
It appears that your Recruiter ******* spoke to you about a Work-from-********************* Representative position paying $16/hr. Is that not the case?
In the last week our client has given us even more classes, and we are working to get everyone scheduled. It can take time to work out the logistics of work from home equipment, training and start dates. And it appears that it has only been 8 days. I'm sorry if you thought that process would be faster.
I will contact ******* and let her know that there appears to be a disconnect in our communication.
If you change your mind and do not want to continue moving forward with the process to start... if you do believe we are a "fraudulent" company. Please let us know.

They offered me a job, said I was moving on to the next process and asked for me and my familys personal information like SS# and other personal things. I would like me and my familys information deleted from their system. I do not give them permission to use any of my information. On August ******* I saw a listing on Indeed for employment remotely so I applied and received an email stating to sign onboarding documents. I thought that this was going to be an immediate hire situation, so though I was hesitant, I completed all the documents with my personal information (ssn, DOB, full name, address, phone number, I-9 along with proof of my ID and Social) I then proceeded to seek employment while I waited and ran across another position that was available on Indeed so that triggered my memory of my previous application so I logged in to see the status only to find that It was asking me to fill out all those documents again which was weird. So I googled review pertaining to this company only to find other people experiencing the same thing. I tried calling the number several times on different occasions to no avail. I AM NOT INTERESTED IN WHATEVER REMX HAS GOING ON NOR DO I WANT ANYTHING THEY HAVE TO OFFER. I WOULD LIKE ALL OF MY INFOMATION REMOVED FROM YOU ALL SYSTEMS starting with all my personal information(name, number, dob, ssn, address, signature, ID and Copy of SSN card) along with Removal of W-4, I-9 and all other signed documents IMMEDIATELY including deactivating my account to that website. I DO NOT give REMX permission to use my information nor sell my information in any way shape or form.Business response

This site offered me a job and confirmed I was qualified. Upin qualification, they advised me to complete onboarding documentation with my personal information. Its been over a month and I havent heard from the company nor will anyone answer calls at the headquarters. On December 21, 2023 I applied for a job through Indeed job search and was directed to Remx website. It asked alot of information regarding the position and was assuming I was already hired. However since this date I have not received any correspondence. I feel they have taken my information and I feel this is not a legitimate organization. I signed numerous documents and have no way to peruse the documents since I have not heard anything from this entity. This is a highly suspect business.Initial Complaint

I applied to Remx on CareerBuilder; they sent me an email stating they were interested in representing me for employment, then had me fill out a W-2, health information and all of my family-sensitive stuff like SS #'s, address age, etc. I Need to let someone know incase they try to start using my kids or our SS information because I have yet to have been assigned a job or had my calls returned by a legitimate representative of RemxInitial Complaint

RemX sent me a random email congratulating me on employment with them when I havent applied for a job for them in months. They asked for me fill out I9 documents. Prior to filling these out I tried to call the office numerous of times and no one answered. I went ahead and filled it out in good faith but now according to the other reviews and no response nor call back from RemX I am now concerned they will use my personal information. SSN, birth certificate my address, everything was uploaded. I DO NOT GIVE PERMISSION FOR REMX TO USE MY INFORMATION. PLEASE DO NOT USE!Business response

I filled out an application for a job posting listed for RemX Staffing on Indeed.com. I got an email asking me for personal information to move forward to the next step of the application process. I was hesitant at first but then decided to complete the questions. After reading all the negative reviews, I became uncomfortable with the company possessing my personal information included in the application I submitted. I read in a previous complaint, similar to my own, the RemX representative stated they would immediately remove the account information of the person filing the complaint. I m hoping the same can be done for my information.Business response
