After removing a semi-load-bearing wall in my house I was referred to CNC for a quote to install a supporting beam in the ceiling. I was quoted $12,000 for this which seemed astronomical given that my house is very small, and I proceeded to use another contractor to complete the job, however, CNC lent me a pole to temporarily support the ceiling while I got everything figured out. Upon completion of the work, I reached out to tell them they could take the pole back and the contractor hit on me via text message after asking what the other contractor did. Extremely unprofessional.

******************************* and ***** (***********) ****** of *********** at https://cnc-az.com are professional grifters, disguised as a contracting company and do not conduct business in good faith or with any kind of professionalism. We contracted them to build a trellis and gate for our back yard in September, 2021 which would cost a total of $19,600. They asked for 60% upfront and the remaining 40% upon completion, which seemed fair considering procurement of the steel and other materials. In December of '21, CNC Contracting sent us a notice of Lein on our house for the full amount of the job, which they were far beyond the time the should have filed this, and essentially sent as a threat and intimidation. By this time, ***************************** and *********************************** had completed less than 35% of the job, with no communication of future progress. We fired CNC Contracting and asked for a detailed breakdown of the price for materials and labor to that point so that we could compensate them for what little work they had completed. ******************************* and *********************************** of *********** / https://cnc-az.com sent us an invoice with no breakdown of materials and labor and just said we owed them 90% of the job, presented us with the original quote for the work, which was by no means a contract, and since then scribbled on by their kid in crayon. We've since hired an attorney and will be taking them to court to recoup the $5700 they still owe us and charge them for the lawyers fees. *********************** ( or *********************************** ) and ******************************* do not act in good faith and will rob you if you choose to do business with them.
