May 17, 2023 I spoke with ***************************** at Arizona Golf Car Transport LLC about placing a 2021 ICON golf cart on consignment. He explained the process and we agreed. May 18, 2023 ******* one of the store employees, emailed the consignment agreement to me for completion. May 18, 2023 I signed the agreement and returned it via email to ****** and ********. On or about May 20, 2023 Arizona Golf Car Transport LLC picked the 2021 ICON golf up at my residence.June 18, 2023 I called Arizona Golf Car Transport LLC and ****** reported the 2021 ICON golf cart was sold. June 19, 2023 I visited the Arizona Golf Car Transport LLC office and spoke at length with ***************************** who confirmed that the check would be ready the following day. June 20, 2023 I visited the Arizona Golf Car Transport LLC office and was issued check ****. I took the check directly to the issuing bank and was informed that since the check was issued to my business they could not cash the check. I asked if the check would clear my bank if I deposited, and they confirmed it would not. I immediately spoke with ****** and he said ******** would call me back. ******** has never spoken with me about the *** check. ****** said ******** was offering a series of cash payments, but I declined and requested payment in full with certified funds. ******** and ****** have since not responded to my calls or offered payment. June 26, 2023 I sent a demand letter via certified mail. Arizona Golf Car Transport LLC has offered no response. August 4, 2023 I sent a collection letter to Arizona Golf Cart Transport LLC via certified mail. It is still un-delivered. August 11, 2023 I sent an email to ***************************** providing 24 hour notice for return of my golf cart as required by contract. There has been no response. August 17, 2023 I filed a complaint with AZ Dealer Investigation.The case is being investigated by Detective ***************** - ****************
